About the Clinic
Markson Chiropractic & Medical is a well‑established, outpatient, multidisciplinary physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic serving Plantation and surrounding communities for over 30 years. Our 6,300‑sq‑ft, state‑of‑the‑art facility offers medical services, chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, regenerative medicine, nutrition, and more. We work closely as a team and with our patients, creating a collaborative, patient‑centered healing environment.

Role Overview
We’re hiring Florida‑licensed Massage Therapists to join our rapidly growing team. This is a great opportunity to contribute in a multi‑disciplinary setting while advancing your career.

What You’ll Do

Greet and serve clients in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide individualized massage therapy services tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
Perform a variety of techniques, which may include therapeutic exercise, trigger point therapy, and adjunct modalities.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients.
Educate clients on recommended services, treatments, and home care.
Stay current on required certifications and industry trends.

What You Bring

Current Florida Massage Therapy License (required).
Proficiency across a range of massage therapy techniques and treatments.
Outstanding customer service, communication, and team‑oriented mindset.

Schedule & Employment Details

Employment type: W‑2
Shifts: Flexible schedules available
Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday (10am to 1pm, 3pm to 7pm) Friday (10am to 1pm, 3pm to 6pm)
Openings: 1 Full‑Time, 1 Part‑Time

Pay & Benefits

$25-$28 per hour (W‑2)

What You’ll Own
You are responsible for one thing: growing referrals.

Build and expand relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical offices
Execute consistent in-person visits across South Florida
Position our services in a way that drives patient referrals
Follow up with precision to convert relationships into volume
Open new referral channels in targeted specialties
Track performance and improve outreach strategy
Represent the brand at events and within the medical community

What Winning Looks Like

You generate consistent referral flow within your first 60–90 days
You become a known, trusted contact across your territory
You create long-term referral partnerships, not one-time conversations

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience in physician relations, healthcare liaison work, or medical sales
Proven ability to build referral relationships
Strong in-person communication and networking skills
Self-managed, disciplined, and results-driven
Comfortable working in the field daily
Reliable transportation
