What you will do:
Perform alterations, and repairs on men’s tailored garments with accuracy and care.
Provide expert advice on fit, measurements, and garment construction.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all alterations.
Collaborate with sales and styling teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless client experience.
Keep the tailoring workspace organized, efficient, and aligned with Suitsupply standards.
Support training and knowledge sharing within the tailoring team.

As a Sales Supervisor, you are an independent professional, with a high level of responsibility and identifying and solving problems is something that comes naturally to you. You have an opinion and share that with others through genuine and straight to the point communication. Sales Supervisors are excited to build relationships and have a personal approach to each interaction.
What you will do:
Support management team to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve individual objectives
Collaborate with training teams to effectively to develop a gold standard team
Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
Practicing professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
Collaborate with store support departments to effectively utilize company resources
Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team
Performing other duties assigned by store leadership team
Who you are:
Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
