What you’ll do

We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the Northern Europe and MEA cluster (encompassing Benelux, Nordics, Israel, CEE, and Middle East and Africa). 

This is a unique, senior individual contributor role for a builder who views marketing through a business development lens. Because these markets are at various stages of maturity, you will thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—balancing the need to build brand awareness with the tactical requirements of establishing product-market fit. You will work hand-in-hand with a highly collaborative Sales team to identify market opportunities, navigate local nuances, and translate global priorities into programs that resonate across a diverse geographic footprint.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the field marketing strategy across the Northern Europe and MEA cluster, with a focus on established enterprises, digital native businesses, and SaaS platforms.
• Partner closely with Sales to align account plans and develop marketing strategies that generate pipeline and enhance product adoption in emerging markets.
• Partner with Demand Generation to define and execute full-funnel marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting programs, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Oversee the regional events strategy and execution, incorporating third-party and Stripe-hosted events in in-person, and virtual formats.
• Partner with Product Marketing to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling content and marketing assets for diverse local audiences.
• Own key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel (pipeline) and customer growth, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale.
• Be creative in finding new ways to advise a diverse range of personas about the value Stripe brings to businesses in markets with evolving product-market fit. 

Who you are

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-oriented leader who understands the diverse needs of businesses and can effectively collaborate with sales leaders to translate business needs into engagement opportunities. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

• 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in the Enterprise Technology market across multiple customer segments.
• Proven track record of defining and executing field marketing programs that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
• Exceptional communication skills, including being able to convey complex topics with simplicity to diverse regional audiences.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities; comfortable interpreting data to inform decision-making.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams as a strategic partner, establishing trust and driving joint planning.
• Adaptability to manage multiple complex projects at once across a vast and diverse geographical region. 

Preferred qualifications

• A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced industry and work environment.
• Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries, or marketing FinTech solutions or to FinTech companies.
• Understanding of the payments, financial technology, and/or ecommerce industries and partner ecosystems.

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented marketing leader to define and drive our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Executive Engagement strategy throughout EMEA. 

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional influence. You will translate global priorities into locally resonant programs, ensuring that Stripe’s most strategic audiences have high-quality, insight-driven experiences throughout their lifecycle, from early exploration to long-term partnership. 

Working with regional marketing managers, you will be instrumental in building the programs and operations to engage Executives and prospects with compelling experiences and content to create and nurture sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is data-driven and has an unbridled passion for working hand-in-hand with regional marketing/sales teams to drive successful user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Craft the executive marketing strategy within high-priority account segments, including established enterprises and digital native businesses.
• Define and execute high-touch programs and executive engagement plans, including virtual and in-person field events designed for senior personas.
• Guide regional marketers on ABM frameworks and best practice that boost awareness and adoption of Stripe.
• Oversee the development of persona based mid- and lower-funnel regional marketing programs to accelerate lead conversion and generate pipeline.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to identify, scope, and produce localized content and marketing assets.
• Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Be creative in finding new ways to advise a diverse range of enterprise personas about the value Stripe brings to businesses.

• Experience driving effective ABM programs with measurable results.

You will translate global priorities into locally resonant programs, ensuring that Stripe’s audiences in the SMB and Mid-Market space have high-quality, insight-driven experiences throughout their lifecycle, from early exploration to long-term partnership.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, has an unbridled passion for working hand-in-hand with regional sales teams to drive successful user outcomes, and is excited about building a high-velocity revenue engine.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments with an emphasis on an Ideal Customer Profiles.
• Own key business and revenue metrics throughout the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on on accelerating pipeline through upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to create successful co-selling initiatives that extend our reach within the partner and developer ecosystems
• Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel marketing plans, partnering with digital marketing and demand generation teams to secure high-value deals.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to align account plans, ensure disciplined lead follow-up, and establish trust as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with EMEA demand generation and product marketing to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling content and marketing assets.
• Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale while seeking to generate new global best practices.
• Innovate ways to educate a diverse range of personas about the value that Stripe delivers to businesses.

• Proven track record of defining and executing B2B marketing strategies that successfully funnel metrics, KPIs, and pipeline generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics with simplicity to diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Deep understanding of full funnel journeys, and marketing technology like Salesforce.
• Experience scaling programs through agency resources and collaborating across key Go To Market  stakeholders.
