Storable is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who will help build out the revenue operations function at Storable. The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Revenue organization in many areas including supporting reporting, optimizing our revenue tech stack & tools to improve processes, and enabling & helping our GTM teams operate efficiently. The Revenue Operations organization is new to Storable and this role will be one of the key members who will help build the foundation of a world-class Revenue Operations function.
Location: REMOTE
What you will do everyday:
Systems & Sales Operations:
- Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce & related integrations (i.e. DocuSign, Leandata, Gong etc.)
- Support DocuSign configuration, templates, workflows for seamless execution
- Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes and efficiencies
- Help build and maintain scalable system architecture to support sales, customer success, marketing and finance
- Ensure data integrity, field governance, validation rules, automation and documentation is built out to enable users to use the system accurately
Process Optimization & Automation:
- Help support lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows
- Help identify inefficient across the quote-to-cash lifecycle and implement scalable automation
- Help manage generation workflows via DocuSign and support Sales Operations
SaaS Licensing:
- Support our growth in North America of activating new clients and their subscription plans
- Adding subscription enhancements to existing clients, and
- De-activating clients who are cancelling
- Update customer subscription packages for new product feature releases
- Ensuring licensing, and pricebook inside salesforce is accurately reflected in clients’ agreements
What you need to bring to the table:
- 2-4 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience, or Systems administration within a SaaS organization
- Bachelors degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data science or a related field
- Strong salesforce administrator experience (Sales Cloud required).
- Hands-on DocuSign administration experience (templates, workflows, salesforce integration)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. Proven experience in data strategy development, CRM management, and data integration within a business context.
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash processes
- Strong understanding of SaaS key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics; good understanding of RV Camping industry and experience in travel industry is beneficial.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a vacuum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in optimizing data processes and implementing data governance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively across departments (sales, marketing, revenue operations, customer success).

Storable is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem and associated GTM technologies. This role manages Salesforce Admins, Developers, and technical contributors while partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to ensure our systems are scalable, stable, and aligned with business strategy.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a solid technical foundation in Salesforce, an understanding of integrations and automation, and a disciplined approach to prioritization and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role where technical capabilities will be as important as people management skills.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
- Manage Salesforce Admins, Developers, and technical contributors supporting the GTM and post-sales tech stack.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to support skill growth and career development.
- Balance workload across the team, ensuring clarity of ownership and predictable delivery.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, high standards, and continuous improvement.
System Ownership & Technical Oversight
- Oversee the design, configuration, and development of Salesforce features—including Apex, LWC, Flows, CPQ tools, data modeling, and automation.
- Review and approve solution designs, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow technical best practices.
- Guide the team on Salesforce architecture patterns, integration considerations, data governance, and automation scalability.
- Ensure proactive monitoring, data integrity, and ongoing optimization across Salesforce and connected systems.
Strategy, Roadmapping & Prioritization
- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Business Systems to define the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of the Salesforce platform.
- Translate business goals into actionable system initiatives, weighing value, effort, and long-term scalability.
- Drive disciplined prioritization using frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE, or effort vs. impact scoring.
- Participate in quarterly planning, sprint planning, and cross-functional operational reviews.
Project & Process Management
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Analysts to ensure requirements are properly scoped, documented, and aligned to team capacity.
- Maintain predictable workflows and minimize rework through structured processes, documentation, and standardized patterns.
- Support intake, triage, sprint planning, and resource allocation across admins and developers.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, QA oversight, and clear release management.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for Salesforce-related priorities across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product.
- Build trust with stakeholders through transparency, clear expectations, and proactive communication.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for business users.
- Support change management—training, release notes, rollout coordination, and documentation.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Reduce technical debt while enhancing scalability, documentation, and architectural stability.
- Monitor platform health, integration reliability, and automation performance.
- Implement and refine best practices for version control, CI/CD, user permissions, and data quality.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend opportunities to improve system value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or business systems roles.
- 2+ years of team leadership or people management experience (formal or informal).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce core capabilities:
- Flows, Apex, LWC (review-level familiarity acceptable)
- Data modeling & schema design

Summary
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will serve as the strategic engine of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You aren’t just managing reports; you are a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex data into actionable growth strategies. This is a "player-coach" role that requires a rare blend of high-level strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to execution.
You will act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring our GTM motion is cohesive, data-driven, and scalable. You will partner with stakeholders on reportings, analytics, compensation plans, quota setting, territory management, pipeline management and forecasting.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping a best-in-class Revenue Operations function, driving operational excellence, and maximizing business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Partner and support GTM leadership to define sales territories, quota targets, and incentive structures that align with long-term company goals.
- Advanced Analytics & Forecasting: Own the "source of truth" for revenue data. Build and maintain sophisticated reporting and dashboards to track sales funnel metrics, retention metrics including ongoing pipeline and forecast data.
- Business Reviews: Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for senior leadership and the Board.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align with Finance on revenue recognition and budgeting, and with Marketing/CS on lead-to-renewal lifecycle management.
- Compensation Strategy & Design: Lead the annual design and semi-annual optimization of variable incentive plans for Sales and Customer Success. Ensure plans are simple, motivating, and aligned with company ARR targets.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly proactively report on "pay for performance" correlation—analyzing whether your top earners are also your most strategic contributors.
- GTM Strategy: Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey through rigorous data analysis and design initiatives to improve win rates and expansion opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of professional development and analytical excellence.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
- Technical: Proficiency in Salesforce (reporting/architecture) and Tableau/Power BI (visualization). Advanced Excel/Financial Modeling skills are non-negotiable.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to design GTM strategies that have led to measurable revenue growth. ● Execution-Focused: A "get it done" attitude with the ability to manage complex projects from ideation to completion across multiple departments.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; ability to distill complex data into a narrative for executives and stakeholders across the business.
The Tech Stack Context
While you will not be responsible for the back-end technical configuration or "breaking the glass" in Salesforce, you must have a deep understanding of how a modern GTM stack (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) integrates to provide the data you need.
