Position Overview

As our Executive Assistant (“EA”), you will play a critical role in managing the executive team’s time, scheduling, and administrative needs. Your primary focus will be on optimizing supporting leadership’s schedule, coordinating high-priority meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.

What You'll Do

Time Management & Scheduling

• Maintain an accurate and organized professional and personal calendar for members of the executive team while providing day-to-day support
• Own scheduling and calendar prioritization for the executive team, prioritizing based on business needs and urgency
• Confirm meeting agendas and gather relevant materials to ensure leaders are prepared for high-priority meetings
• Handle scheduling and logistics for leadership team-wide meetings and events

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain ongoing, fluid communications with the executive team
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, including email triage, follow-up, prioritization, and escalation of urgent matters
• Handle all confidential / sensitive information with extreme discretion
• Organize and manage documents, files, and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency

Task Management & Leadership Support

• Act as a trusted partner, developing a strong understanding of the business and proactively handling tasks independently
• Operate as a resourceful builder who creates and optimizes processes, leveraging automation where helpful
• Manage inbound requests requiring the executive team’s review, input, or approval
• Handle expense reporting and processing with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with the NYC Office Manager to manage mail, employee / external gifting, and other ad hoc support tasks
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, with a high degree of accuracy

What You'll Need

• 5-8+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a Series B-D startup environment
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Ability to determine priorities and take action accordingly

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 USD. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a well-rounded Senior Product Designer who excels at distilling complex problems into delightful, holistic product experiences. Someone who has a strong visual point of view, is capable of simplifying complexity, and who loves generating ideas with their team.

As Senior Product Designer, you’ll design end-to-end experiences and support a range of product initiatives which directly impact how our customers understand and use Stensul’s growing suite of products. As a member of the Product Design team, you’ll work closely with product managers, product designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to support the ongoing design needs of our organization. 

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design for your product area, from early concepts and user flows to polished, production-ready UI designs, holding a high bar for quality at every stage.
• Help shape product strategy by identifying opportunities, proposing creative solutions, and building a clear point of view backed by customer insights, data, and industry trends.
• Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests, synthesize what you learn, and iterate quickly, making sure designs are grounded in how real users actually work.
• Create flows, functional prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate clearly and keep the team moving toward decisions.
• Work openly and partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process, not just at handoff, to ensure quality UX solutions find their way into production.
• Contribute to the design system and advocate for its adoption to ensure product experiences are consistent, scalable, and accessible.

What You’ll Need

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows strong visual craft, sound interaction design, and real business impact in B2B SaaS products.
• Experience using AI tools to support design workflows (e.g., generating artifacts, prototyping), with strong judgment on where they add value and where human craft remains essential.
• Comfortable working across the full design stack: UI design, interaction design, UX problem solving, lightweight research, and design strategy.
• Experience running or contributing to usability tests and using those insights to make concrete improvements to your design solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate a clear rationale about why a design decision was made and tailor that story appropriately to an engineer, a PM, or an executive stakeholder.

Mission

Become a team player within the Security team by supporting log monitoring, incident response tasks and security automation. Collaborating with DevOps peers to ensure security best practices are followed for Cloud environment and deployment pipelines. Work closely with Revenue Operations to provide guidance on security configuration of their tooling. 

Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system security engineering, incident response or DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of security principles, best practices, and industry standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Proven experience with incident response methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, GCP, and common security controls within these environments, including container security.
• Familiarity with revenue operation platforms, such as Salesforce, and common security controls within these environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents, escalating significant incidents to senior analysts or management. 
• Design and build security automation mechanisms such as secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and container security.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, assist with remediation tracking, and support continuous improvement of the organisation’s security posture. 
• Maintain and improve operational security controls, including endpoint protection, access reviews, log monitoring, and cloud configuration checks to strengthen overall security posture.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure, software and hardware.
• Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions. 
• Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.

What You’ll Do

You will be working for some of the biggest brands and companies in the world. We’re growing very quickly so the pace is fast, but you will be working alongside other very smart colleagues with brand new technologies, in a fun, collaborative environment, and growth opportunities are numerous.

In our stack we have php, mongodb, orientedb, redis, docker, javascript / typescript, node.js, and vue.js among others. We have a complete stack for functional testing, from unit to E2E and also for non-functional, specially for performance. We welcome the use of new tools/languages that help us improve.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Lead the cultural evolution in the Software Engineering team through the use of best practices to ensure product success, like test automation, monitoring, product specifications, pipelines configuration, testing strategy, etc.
• Develop metrics and reports to proactively identify potential quality risks.
• Proactively research emerging technologies and solutions to enhance quality. Implement continuous self-training and knowledge sharing with software engineers on new quality practices and tools.
• Understand in depth the customer's needs, observe behaviors in order to identify usage patterns to improve the quality assurance processes.
• Document the design patterns/best practices for the automation framework.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests.
• Be responsible for the development pipeline in terms of quality on CI.

Skills Required:

• Vast (4+ years) experience automation testing web applications.
• Experience developing using automation frameworks in Node/JS, ideally WebdriverIO but other options like NightwatchJS, Puppeteer, Cypress.io, etc., are acceptable.
• Experience using Page Objects, UI maps, etc (widely accepted design patterns for Selenium).
• Experience implementing jobs with GitlabCI, and optionally Jenkins.
• Experience in unit testing.
• Utilizes AI tools to enhance coding speed and integrates with other tools using MCPs.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Testrails, etc.
• Experience analyzing software quality using data and implementing metrics and dashboards, ideally using Databricks.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluent oral and written Spanish skills.
• Oral and written English communication skills.

Position Overview

Stensul is seeking a performance-driven Strategic Account Manager to own the growth motion for our largest enterprise customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for deepening executive relationships, uncovering expansion & upsell opportunities, and ensuring our platform continues to deliver measurable business impact. You'll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, translating their evolving business goals into scalable solutions powered by Stensul.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a book of strategic accounts by navigating large, Fortune 500 enterprise organizations
• Partner with your Strategic Account Associate to develop and execute strategic account plans to build growth pipeline
• Collaborate with your Solutions Consultant to deliver tailored demonstrations of the platform, based on deep workflow mapping of the customers’ ideal future state
• Travel (~25%) on-site to deliver Strategic Business Reviews with your Customer Success partner, plan regional account-specific dinners, and attend tradeshows

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $135,000 - $145,000 USD, and the estimated OTE for this position is $255,000-$265,000. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Position Overview

Our Enterprise Team has proven themselves with logos ranging from $100k-$1M+. We have credibility in the market, boasting logos like Intuit, Siemens, and BBC. This is the perfect opportunity to come in and own an awesome territory/account list and make magic happen. 

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Perform revenue-generating activities, including creating and progressing pipeline
• Identify and support ‘Mobilizers’ in large organizations who can drive change and consensus for group buying decisions
• Partner with the Solutions Consulting team to develop solution maps and plan for how we drive value in their organization
• Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to ensure a tight, targeted approach to accounts
• Negotiate initial contracts, but also roll out plans for accounts with ‘Land and Expand’ potential

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology/concepts into digestible terms
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, lead, document and communicate architectural and technical discussions and decisions in the team, assessing risks and tradeoffs, and making sure all voices are heard, while favoring consent over consensus.
• Ensure technical principles, technical direction, policies (secure SDLC, data privacy, secrets management), processes (e.g. RCAs, Post-mortems, SOC2) and best practices are positively adopted and continuously improved by the whole team. Be hands-on and lead by example.
• Develop and promote a high-quality, technical sustainability-focused and continuous learning culture, along with cross-learning spaces and meetups.
• Develop a strong sense of ownership from idea to production, maturing and maintenance in the team.
• Have accountability for continuous system availability, avoiding critical situations, and working side by side with the team when they occur.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and tools, fostering experimentation and innovation with responsibility within the team.

• Integrate and actively collaborate with other TLs (from other stream-aligned teams, platform teams, SRE team), seeking to exchange and discuss ideas, proposals, and learnings aimed at improving the Engineering area as a whole.
• Coordinate high or cross-impact deployments of their team across teams, ensuring clear communication of their impact.
• Collaborate with the team's Engineering Manager to adequately staff and expand the capacity of the team on both hiring and training initiatives.
• Anticipate and proactively communicate blockers, delays and cost ballooning of the work to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Communicate with empathy to both technical and non-technical roles, and influences through clarity, enabling alignment across multiple teams.
• Having the flexibility to adapt to the business context with a constructive and positive attitude.

 What we look for in you:

• Open to hire in our Buenos Aires offices, or to work remotely.
• 5+ years of technical leadership in software development teams, solving complex problems that demand the best performance.
• 12+ years of experience shipping high ­quality software.
• Solid knowledge of programming languages and paradigms, software and data modeling architecture and quality.
• Strong sense of empathy toward our product users, committed both to the quality of our products and to user satisfaction.
• Experience balancing perfection and pragmatism, as well as delivering iterative solutions that avoid overengineering.

Technical skills we need for you:

• Excellent Javascript programming skills in modern frameworks like Vue.js and React.
• Extensive knowledge of web server-side oriented languages (PHP, Python, Golang, Javascript for Node.js).
• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 web application development.
• Knowledge of relational and document oriented databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of web architectures, services and APIs concepts.
• Experience using design patterns.
• Excellent OOP knowledge.
• Experience with version control (git).
• Experience with Typescript and/or other type checking technologies.
• Experience with API design.
• Proficiency on quality practices such as unit test implementation, integration/contract testing, e2e, backend and frontend performance/load testing, CI quality gates, etc.
• Strong code refactoring skills.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills (e.g. UML).
• Proficiency on AI assisted software development workflows.

Position Overview

Your goal is to build a pipeline of quality leads for the sales team to convert into closed won revenue. You’ll do this by beginning conversations with prospective customers that can be nurtured into a quality lead over time. You’ll be provided insights & information on who to reach out to, when, and why. The goal here is to connect with the prospect and educate them on the (a) importance of email marketing, (b) the problems that marketers face when it comes to successfully leveraging email as a channel, and © how Stensul uniquely solves these challenges so marketers can get more audience engagement in their email channel, faster. 

What You'll Do

• Omni-channel selling/marketing: engaging with prospects over email, the phone, and LinkedIn, as well as tradeshows & events 
• Quickly identifying & reacting to high value alerts that are being shared with regard to prospects who are a great fit for what Stensul does and/or are showing a high level of interest in our platform 
• Working inter-departmentally with Marketing and Sales to act as the connective tissue between the two teams
