What You'll Be Doing:

• Workflow Immersion & Capacity Auditing: Shadow and study BA and PM workflows to build a precise map of where time is being spent — standup prep, status reporting, ticket creation, requirements drafting, cross-functional updates, documentation, and more. Quantify the time cost of each recurring task before deciding where to act.
• Automation Engineering: Design and deploy automations that eliminate repetitive manual work: automated status summaries, AI-assisted requirements drafting, Jira/Confluence workflow triggers, meeting recaps, sprint reports, and handoff documentation. Every system you build should measurably return time to the team.
• AI Tool Selection & Deployment: Leverage LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini), no-code tools (Workato, Zapier, n8n), and internal StackAdapt systems (Console, Ivy, Stackbots) to build intelligent agents and workflows. Evaluate new tools continuously and make fast, practical decisions about what to adopt.
• Capacity Measurement & Reporting: Define and track capacity KPIs for the BA and PM teams. Report on time reclaimed, automation coverage, and workflow efficiency. Make the impact of your work visible and quantifiable to leadership.
• Process Redesign: Work alongside BAs and PMs to redesign the underlying structure of recurring workflows — not just automate what exists, but challenge whether the process itself should exist in its current form.
• Human-in-the-Loop Quality Design: Identify where AI outputs need human validation and build review checkpoints into automated workflows. Maintain quality standards while pushing automation boundaries.
• Enablement & Change Management: Roll out new tools and workflows to the BA and PM teams. Train on adoption, gather feedback, and iterate. The system only works if the team uses it.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Business Systems role, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
• Hands-on experience building automations using tools like Workato, Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or equivalent. You have shipped automations in production, not just designed them on paper.
• Practical experience working with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to build workflows, agents, or AI-assisted tools. You know what these systems are good at and where they fail.
• Comfort with lightweight technical work: reading and writing basic scripts (Python, JavaScript), querying data with SQL, configuring API integrations. You are not a full-stack developer, but you can get things working without waiting for an engineer.
• Strong analytical instinct for separating high-leverage automation opportunities from low-ROI noise. You prioritize by impact, not by ease.
• Familiarity with the BA/PM toolkit: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets project tracking, requirements documentation, sprint planning. You understand the work you are automating.
• Ability to translate technical designs into plain language for non-technical stakeholders, and to align engineers and executives on the same roadmap.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform design, development, testing, debugging and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Enablement business processes and systems integrations employed to run the operations of the company in a high-growth environment
• Build and deploy Saas systems integrations, workflows, and architecture to scale and automate an end-to-end Lead to Cash process
• Partner with the Revenue Operations  to optimize Salesforce investments along with other Sales & Marketing enablement SaaS applications and best-of-breed technologies
• Provide application support​ and technical administration of Sales & Marketing SaaS applications
• Provide input into optimizing the system architecture landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver comprehensive solutions that will enable desired business outcomes
• Configure, build and enhance out-of-the box Salesforce functionality such as objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, page layouts, apps, report types, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, roles, etc
• Manage operational and reporting requests including customer analysis and individual views and troubleshoot issues
• Implement and govern security related to profiles, permission sets, role-based access, sharing settings and login access policies
• Plan & deploy Salesforce releases and other SaaS application patches/updates in accordance with the Application Release Management cadence
• Work with SaaS vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with applications, servers, and infrastructure tools
• Create technical documentation such as best practice guides, release notes and design documents

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 3-5  years of strong technical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud 
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting other Sales enablement SaaS applications such as Salesloft, Gong, GuideCX, DealHubCPQ, ZoomInfo, et al
• Technical background & experience in application integration tools (e.g.,  Workato, Zapier, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft) and native APIs to enable workflows and data feeds between SaaS platforms and point solutions
• Expertise level developing Lightning Components with CSS and Design Parameters that improve  look and feel for end users
• Experience programming in APEX, VF Page, LWC, Aura Component development, SSJS, SQL, HTML, AMPscript, SOQL-SOSL 
• Experience on Lightning Process builder flows, workflow rules, Connect API and Quick Action
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform features and CRM concepts
• Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes
