We have an immediate need for an SAP Security Services Architect based in the UK or South Africa. This position can be based out of your home office. The Security Services Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining the operations of security products and offering within Spinnaker Support. This role will serve to define and deliver Spinnaker Support’s approach to security within the 3rd party support and managed service markets.
This position requires a deep knowledge of the SAP architecture and experience in applying defense in depth strategies to SAP systems. This position will be responsible for providing guidance to clients on attack surface reduction strategies in relationship to the SAP system landscape. This will include identifying, documenting, and guiding clients in security best practices related to the applications, network and infrastructure of SAP systems. This position requires a person with multiple years of hands-on technical expertise in hardening the SAP environment. The applicant should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP Subnets and network DMZ.

Spinnaker Support has an immediate opening for a Solution Architect (SA) to join our team in the UK. The primary focus of a SA is to work collaboratively with the Spinnaker Support Account Executives during the opportunity/prospect development process, acting as the technical and security subject matter expert on a core set of Spinnaker Support product and service offerings. The SA will advocate our technical capabilities, security solution, value proposition, and the service benefits to our partners, prospects and internal sales force alike.
This SA will primarily participate in the sales process through prospect technical landscape and spend analysis, and technical solution development while acting as the subject matter expert that addresses all technical concerns. This role will support both third party support and managed services sales pursuits.

We have an immediate opening for a Technical Account Manager (TAM), with a strong oracle technical background, to join our team in the UK. The TAM will serve as a trusted technical advisor and key liaison for Spinnaker Support’s existing customers, ensuring successful delivery, satisfaction, and expansion of our services relationships. This customer-facing role requires a broad understanding of enterprise software environments, including Oracle, SAP, VMware, operating systems, Open Source, and related ecosystems. The TAM bridges technical expertise with relationship management to ensure our customers realize the full value of Spinnaker’s services offerings. The position works closely with Customer Success, Regional CTOs, Service Delivery, Global Solutions Consulting, Product Management and Sales to maintain exceptional customer experiences, proactively manage technical performance, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
The role focuses on technical advisory and roadmap, relationship management, and operational excellence across Spinnaker’s global customer base.
