We’re looking for a hands-on, business-minded attorney to own all commercial contracting at SpecterOps. You will be the primary legal partner for our Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Procurement teams, and you’ll guide and mentor members of the contracts/legal staff. This role is ideal for someone who loves commercial deals, enjoys working directly with the business, and wants to improve an existing playbook while advancing people, process, and technology capabilities. 

Salary Range: $175,000-$225,000 base salary, commensurate of experience   

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in-person company events and other ad hoc meetings.  

• Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas. 

Responsibilities  

• Lead negotiation and drafting of customer MSAs, SOWs, order forms, renewals, amendments, DPAs, and vendor SaaS/service agreements. 
•  Improve the existing contracts playbook by identifying gaps and clarifying fallback positions. 
• Enhance the contracts function through better people, process, and technology alignment. 
• Partner with Sales, Security, Finance, and Procurement to balance risk with deal velocity. 
• Provide guidance and leadership to members of the contracts/legal staff. 
• Work with outside counsel as needed and help shape the future operating model of the legal/contracts function. 

Requirements  

• 8+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity. 
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to create or improve templates and playbooks. 
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and practical judgment. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism 
• JD and active license required.

BloodHound Enterprise is technology that continuously and comprehensively maps Identity Attack Paths, the attacker’s easiest, most reliable, and most attractive target. Our Technical Account Managers guide our customers to recognize the maximum possible value from their use of BloodHound Enterprise.

• Collaboration with Product, Support and Engineering Teams: 
  • Act as the customer's voice internally, advocating for requested features and providing the detail and context necessary for product design. 
  • Develop solutions or prototypes that improve customer value recognition, leading towards developing new features. 
  • Track support tickets and engage engineering as needed to resolve bugs for your customers in collaboration with Support Engineers. 

Requirements 

• 3+ Years of experience in Technical Account Management, Consulting, Penetration Testing, or other technical, customer-facing roles within the security industry. Customer Success Management experience is applicable, provided that the role(s) required technical capabilities. 
• Ability to maintain an account book of business 
• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python 
• Experience utilizing REST APIs to solve business problems 
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques 
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation

SpecterOps is looking for candidates to support Security Operations at a SpecterOps customer site working directly with client personnel and systems. Candidates will independently support the client engineering, managing, and monitoring Security Operations Center (SOC) systems. A successful candidate will have excellent technical skills focused in the security operations space, impeccable soft skills, and be a well-organized, self-directed individual with familiarity working for a service-based information security organization. 

Salary Range: $110,000-$160,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.

Location: On site client physical location - Washington, DC

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI Clearance or eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information designation
• Have the following operating hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM - 6PM US Eastern Time on site at Washington DC location. Be available for after-hours or weekend work in urgent incident response scenarios
• Provide expertise in a supporting capacity for incident response activities and digital forensics state preservation, including the capture and preservation of system logs, volatile memory captures, and hard drive (physical or virtual) image captures
• Established experience in operating in SOC environment, either through relevant experience or qualifications, is required
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining a SIEM
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, particularly AWS or Azure
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
• Conduct host forensics, network, forensics, log analysis, and malware triage in support of hunt operations
• Interface with client contact(s) and staff in a constructive and professional manner
