The Role:

We are currently seeking an Architect to join our OneStream practice in Manila. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of OneStream solutions, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic oversight to project teams.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:

• Collaborate with clients to integrate OneStream Software into their FP&A processes, offering guidance on best practices.
• Manage client expectations and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Review and refine functional and technical project deliverables.
• Evaluate task estimates and technical solutions; finalize effort estimations and project plans.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the delivery process of OneStream solutions.

You have:

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A projects, with a strong focus on OneStream or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations.
• Experience as a Solution Architect on at least 3 full lifecycle OneStream or Oracle Hyperion projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and deep functional knowledge of EPM/CPM applications.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, client expectations, and team performance.
• Demonstrated track record of issue resolution and follow-through.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members.

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our local team in Manilla. Our People Champion will work as a key member of the global HR team, in a fast growing and high performing region for Spaulding Ridge. In this role the HR Generalist work closely with key stake holders (both locally and globally) to deliver the HR agenda, alongside the commercial needs of our growing firm.

The Human Resources Generalist will work collaborate with band's other HR functions, while serving as a trusted advisor to our bandmates.

The role

• Design, deliver and constantly work towards improving our employee life cycle plan, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1/employee experience.
• Have a sound understanding of HR policies and labor law legislation and changes.
• Review and assist with maintenance of human resources information systems to ensure recordkeeping and reporting requirements are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with other HR Partners on key HR areas/projects/initiatives that are critical for the site/region, such as introduction of new policies, support for performance management or benefits and participate in process improvement efforts.
• Plan, implement, communicate, and administer bandmate programs such as inclusion and community programs. Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
• Advise on people matters that require knowledge of policies, procedures, and local legislation.
• Provide the tools, framework, administration and support to the global HR team (including payroll, talent development, talent acquisition and reward) on local initiatives and programmes

You have

• Proven ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong excel, PowerPoint and word skills.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Lead and manage multiple engagements as either the engagement manager or technical lead 

• Working alongside a PM, manage project budget and profitability, delivery schedules and quality of the solution. 

• Lead a variety of workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering sessions, and design sessions 

• Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps 

• Build a clear solution design strategy and action plan for each client engagement based on your analysis of complex business requirements 

• Implement and configure solution deliverables 

• Advise clients on industry and Salesforce best practices 

• Train business stakeholders on solution

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Senior Analyst to join us and help establish a robust QA team. The Quality Assurance Consultant will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. Responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. 
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Ensure that new and existing Salesforce functionalities meet business requirements and do not negatively impact system performance.
• Maintain test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports. • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of testing cycles.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Experience in CPQ, Advanced Approvals, RCA, Agentforce, SPM, Certinia, etc is good to have.
• Experience in Data Migration Testing and Integration Testing for Salesforce is good to have.
• Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory, OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects is a must.
• Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce functionalities, including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Permission Sets.
• Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards; knowledge of Tableau CRM is a plus.
• Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce is a plus.
