As a Talent Partner (Long Term Temporary Assignment) at The Orchard, you will operate with an agile, iterative approach, embedding yourself with hiring teams to deliver on talent needs. What you'll do:
- Deliver the overall recruiting experience including developing sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract a broad and diverse community of talent; convert prospects to candidates; and manage the pipeline

Overview
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role works closely with leadership to maintain accurate financial records and efficient workflows.
What You'll Do
- Support monthly reporting process by performing account reconciliations, accruals, and other period-close functions.
- Participate in the preparation of quarterly client royalty statements and related accounting entries.
- Assist with monthly sales tax filings and other reporting needs.
- Collaborate with other Accounting staff to execute and oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Create and maintain records of the company’s sublicense revenue and related data.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Netsuite or other ERP systems preferred.

Reporting to the SVP, Content, the Associate Director, Content Policy will lead The Orchard’s efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate catalog‑level risks within our client base. This role focuses on fraud detection, suspicious or non‑compliant client behavior, ambiguous content scenarios, and policy interpretation across DSPs. You will act as a key decision‑maker for borderline or unprecedented cases, ensuring The Orchard’s catalog remains compliant, reputable, and aligned with DSP and industry standards.
This position requires someone who is comfortable using data and pattern‑recognition to surface risks at scale, helping to spot issues early and guide proactive intervention. You will need to have experience with AI agents. Ability to define ambiguous issues and find unambiguous scalable solutions. You will work closely with Legal, Operations, and Relationship Management teams, providing guidance on gray‑area cases, interpreting policies, and navigating sensitive or nuanced escalations. You will also build processes and frameworks to strengthen The Orchard’s proactive risk posture and help shape our approach to emerging catalog‑integrity challenges.
What You'll Do:

- Lead investigations into fraud signals, suspicious activity, or policy‑violating behavior across The Orchard’s catalog; determine root causes and oversee remediation plans
- Use data to identify trends, anomalies, or recurring patterns that indicate emerging risk areas across the catalog
- Evaluate and make calls on ambiguous, borderline, or unprecedented content situations that fall outside standard operational workflows
- Interpret DSP policies and internal guidelines for gray‑area scenarios, providing clear and actionable guidance to internal stakeholders
- Partner with Relationship Management, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex or sensitive catalog‑integrity issues

Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in music, digital platforms, policy, trust & safety, content integrity, rights management, or related fields
- Fluency in additional languages preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and risk signals across large, diverse datasets
- Excellent judgment with demonstrated ability to make firm decisions in ambiguous or sensitive situations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex issues into clear recommendations
- Comfortable navigating escalations with DSPs or clients, including articulating policy positions and advocating for The Orchard’s and our clients’ needs
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

This position reports to VP, Digital Operations based in NYC
The Director, Digital Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing The Orchard’s global digital supply chain, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across UGC and fingerprinting services. This role oversees the systems, processes, and standards that ensure sound recordings and metadata are delivered correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with partner requirements and client expectations. Acting as a central operational authority, the Director develops SOPs, authors critical documentation, manages backlog prioritization, and resolves high-impact delivery or ingestion issues.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day supply chain performance, the Director serves as the operational lead for catalog migration initiatives of any scale—defining best practices, establishing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring successful execution across global teams. This role requires deep technical understanding of digital delivery specifications, rights identification, and partner ingestion behavior, combined with the leadership skills to guide internal teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

UGC and Fingerprinting Supply Chain
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for monitoring The Orchard’s ERN SRR feeds to UGC and fingerprinting partners
- Ensure sound recordings are delivered accurately and consistently to UGC and fingerprinting services, maintaining high data integrity and partner compliance
- Oversee and resolve encoding, delivery, and ingestion errors across all ERN SRR feeds, coordinating with engineering, product, and partner operations teams as needed
- Monitor ERN SRR delivery and ingestion timelines to ensure partner SLAs are met and internal standards for responsiveness are achieved
- Manage and prioritize the supply chain backlog, ensuring timely processing of deliveries, updates, and takedowns based on business impact and partner requirements
- Author internal documentation for troubleshooting complex delivery pipelines, including guidance on confirming identifiers (ISRC, UPC, proprietary IDs) and determining rights ownership across territories
- Create documentation to support manual execution of supply chain actions (e.g., queuing deliveries, triggering updates, issuing takedowns), ensuring clarity for both regional and global teams
- Liaise with UGC and fingerprinting partners on delivery specs, ingestion behavior, support escalations, and metadata requirements
- Establish and manage a standardized process for onboarding new UGC partners to The Orchard’s ERN SRR feeds, including requirements gathering, delivery configuration, and validation workflows
Catalog Migration Leadership
- Develop migration frameworks that account for varying catalog types (e.g., M&A, new client catalog, expansion of rights for existing clients) and differing technical or metadata complexities
- Lead cross-functional alignment by collaborating with internal teams (Operations, Rights Management, Product & Engineering, Relationship Management, Solutions) to ensure roles and responsibilities, and all operational requirements and downstream impacts are understood and accounted for
- Serve as the escalation point for high‑priority issues that arise during migration execution, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and decision-making support
- Analyze migration outcomes and compile post‑mortems to identify root causes of issues, formalize lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement
- Build documentation and repeatable workflows that scale globally and can be used to train teams across regions
- Ensure migration processes uphold compliance with partner delivery specifications and internal data governance standards
- Create and enforce quality assurance standards for pre‑migration validation, in‑migration monitoring, and post‑migration reconciliation to ensure metadata accuracy, rights correctness, and partner compliance
DSP Operations & Feed Enhancements
- Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to team members responsible for DSP request fulfillment, and feed maintenance, ensuring their work aligns with broader Digital Operations priorities and organizational goals
- Review and validate new workflow designs and process changes, ensuring they meet best‑in‑class operational standards and integrate effectively with global Digital Operations practices
- Partner closely with the DSP Operations lead to establish consistent intake of requests, prioritization, and fulfillment standards, ensuring alignment with SLA expectations
- Provide oversight and strategic input on feed enhancement initiatives, helping define prioritization criteria, QA standards, and validation approaches for rollout

We are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking and dynamic US-based YouTube channel strategist for kids and family content. This position reports to the VP, Content Strategy & Business Development for the Magic Star team (The Orchard’s kids and family division) and will have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Senior Director, Channel Strategy. This role will act as the dedicated manager for The Orchard’s roster of kids and family-themed YouTube Channel partners. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with a creative and analytical mind, and the ability to work proactively and autonomously. The role requires working across multiple time zones based on business needs, supporting global partners and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Office- first role, in office 4 days a week.
- Manage and oversee an assigned portfolio of global and multi-language kids and family YouTube channels partnered in The Orchard’s YouTube multi-channel network.
- Deliver ongoing, hands-on channel support, including programming, optimization, channel analysis, monthly reporting, content and video strategy, marketing support, and troubleshooting of partner issues across assigned kids/family YouTube channels.
- Conduct detailed channel and video audits, recommending and implementing actionable improvements, with a specific lens to Made for Kids-designated content.
- Track, analyze, and report on channel and children’s category performance using metrics such as CPM, viewership trends, and subscriber demographics.
- Execute strategic post-launch channel initiatives—covering marketing, optimization, and growth activities—to drive maximum reach, user retention, revenue, and overall client satisfaction within a high-touch service model.
- Provide exceptional support for MCN clients and internal teams (Magic Star, Relationship Managers, Rights Management, Operations, etc.) to ensure video-related issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of and expertise in Made For Kids and children’s genre-specific platform policies, restrictions, opportunities and trends on YouTube.
- Build and maintain relationships with the YouTube Kids programming and partnerships teams, including for managing editorial pitching for featured placement in the Kids app and identifying additional opportunities for collaboration and support.
- Create and provide best practice guides and strategic recommendation documentation for building and growing kids and family channels and content on YouTube.
- Provide basic video and image editing (e.g. creating clips or compilations from existing video content, creating video thumbnails) as needed and work closely with internal Design team or external partners for more complex content creation needs.
- Support internal Ad Sales team in identifying and crafting relevant ad sales service offerings and campaigns specific to Made for Kids channels and kids/family content.
- Collaborate with the Magic Star team along with Relationship Managers, Marketing, and Audience Development to leverage YouTube for key music release campaigns and develop YouTube-specific tentpole initiatives for priority labels and artists/acts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems, YouTube’s CMS, and YouTube.com.
- Identify opportunities to upsell Channel Strategy services to roster clients and support prospecting and pitching efforts to secure new clients and channel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all YouTube-related inquiries from artists, labels, and Relationship Managers across assigned channel roster.
Who You Are
- 3+ years' experience managing, programming and optimizing Made for Kids-designated YouTube channels
- In-depth understanding of rapidly evolving digital landscape with proven ability to harness it in an effort to reach goals (e.g. user generated content, social media), with a specific focus on kids and family content
- Ability to communicate & work effectively with various stakeholders (C level, clients, interns)
- Technologically savvy and comfortable with data
- Excellent software skills and proficiency in YouTube CMS, Microsoft, Google, and Apple applications
- Familiar with Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, Streamlabs, OBS and basic film/image editing

- Global Supply Chain Strategy & Infrastructure

The Supply Chain Operations Lead is a hands-on role at the center of how Orchard labels bring physical products to life—owning everything from product setup and inventory to solving real-world issues that keep orders moving smoothly. The Orchard is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Associate Director, Finance & Accounting to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and natural team player who thrives in a fast paced, ever evolving environment with at least 6 years of accounting experience. Month end close at a global, publicly traded organization and Big Four experience are preferred. A hands on leadership style and the agility to pivot quickly as business needs change. This role will report into the Senior Director, Finance & Accounting and will be based in our New York City office. The Associate Director will play a key role in mentoring junior team members, partnering cross-functionally and driving continuous process improvement across our finance operations.
What You'll Do

Month End Close & Financial Reporting
- Lead and actively participate in the month end close process, including reviewing and approving journal entries prepared by Senior Accountants and offshore teams, while also preparing complex JEs in SAP for domestic and foreign entities.
- Maintain and review balance sheet reconciliations and schedules, analyze account movements and investigate significant or unusual variances with a solutions oriented mindset.
- Partner with the Senior Director to continuously evaluate and streamline the close process, adapting quickly to structural or business changes as they arise.
- Oversee and review key balance sheet accounts including holdback reserves and contingent considerations.
Multi-Entity & Business Unit Oversight
- Serve as the primary finance point of contact for multiple entities, business units and labels ensuring timely and accurate monthly JEs, accruals, and financial reviews.
- Analyze monthly financial results across entities, business units and labels, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and communicating findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Review non contingent accruals by examining contract terms and preparing entity level accrual JEs with precision and accountability.
- Prepare and review monthly accruals and actuals for labels and monitor equity income activity for investments.
Group Reporting & Parent Company Collaboration
- Lead preparation of monthly and quarterly financial schedules for group reporting, including Sony quarterly schedules (intangibles), Sony Music Global Finance requests, intercompany variance reporting and Sony Tax Packs.
- Manage Orchard Transfer Pricing processes and multi entity transaction reviews, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Audit, Compliance & SOX
- Partner with external and internal auditors on local statutory audits, group level audits, business process reviews, and SOX compliance, acting as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact who can adapt documentation and deliverables to meet evolving audit requirements.
- Oversee and maintain SOX controls, including ensuring new label advances are routed to EVP & CFO and EVP Label BA for timely review and approval.
Integration, Systems & Process Improvement

- Collaborate closely with Contract Administration on reporting requirements and partner across Legal, Operations, and Label Business Affairs to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.

As Senior Coordinator of Royalties, you will play a key role in ensuring that collaborators working with The Orchard’s high profile artists and labels receive their reporting and payment in an accurate and transparent manner. This role reports to the Manager of Royalties.

The Orchard is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Media & Growth Strategy (US) to join our Global Paid Media & Growth Strategy team. This role will lead the Strategy vertical within the US team, playing a critical role in shaping and evolving the strategic vision, execution, and ongoing development of our Premium Services. The Associate Director will work closely with other Paid Media & Growth Strategists and Media Buyers, as well as labels, relationship managers, marketing strategists, among others, to create bespoke paid media plans that amplify our top releases and support artist and label goals, while also driving key business outcomes. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Paid Media & Growth Strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Strategy vertical within the US Paid Media & Growth Strategy team, fostering a culture that stays creative, culturally relevant, and focused on outcomes beyond the click, including audience growth and long-term artist development.
- Lead end-to-end strategy for multiple releases, including high-priority, high-visibility releases, shaping bespoke, multi-channel plans that combine digital advertising with non-traditional formats such as creator and UGC programs, OOH, experiential moments, and data capture initiatives.
- Partner closely with the Senior Director, Global Paid Media & Growth Strategy, to evolve how Premium Services operate, helping balance scalability with high-touch, custom strategies for top-tier artists.
- Oversee the day-to-day flow of work within the Strategy vertical, including prioritization, resource planning, and coordination during peak release periods.
- Work alongside media buying and strategists within the Paid Media & Growth Strategy team to identify opportunities for testing and experimentation, explore new platform capabilities and formats, and turn learnings into practical guidance that keeps the team innovative and competitive.
- Serve as a trusted point of escalation and strategic partner for internal teams, relationship managers, and label partners, helping navigate complex decisions and guide high-stakes campaigns.
- Support the growth of strategists through mentorship and hands-on guidance, encouraging stronger strategic thinking and more proactive approaches to driving artist and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Audience Development, Marketing Strategy, D2C, Commerce, Relationship Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure Paid Media & Growth Strategy is integrated, aligned, and amplifying broader marketing efforts, and drive more efficient business outcomes.
- Contribute to ad hoc strategic needs across the team, including reporting, pitches, brainstorms, presentations, and the development of case studies, benchmarks, and best practices that help elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of our work.
Who You Are
- You bring 6+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing, with experience leading teams, mentoring strategists, or acting as a senior point of guidance. Experience within the music or entertainment industry is strongly preferred.
- You understand how paid media supports artists across the full funnel, from discovery and momentum to sustained fandom and conversion, and how success is measured differently across releases, tours, and long-term artist development.
- You have a deep understanding of the paid media ecosystem across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging channels, and stay current on platform changes, new ad formats, and evolving best practices.
- You are comfortable navigating attribution challenges and measurement limitations, and think beyond surface-level metrics. You understand how paid media contributes to broader outcomes, including organic growth, earned media, and long-term brand and artist equity.
- You thrive in fast-paced, release-driven environments and are comfortable making decisions under pressure, particularly during high-stakes moments like major releases, viral moments, or shifting timelines.
- You can translate complex strategy into clear, actionable guidance for a wide range of stakeholders, including artists, managers, label teams, and cross-functional partners.
- You’re curious about what’s next in music marketing: from creator and UGC strategies to new formats, emerging platforms, and evolving creative and data capabilities, and you enjoy testing, learning, and sharing insights with others.

The Director, Commercial Strategy – Orchard & Independent Labels leads direct-to-consumer commercial strategy for Sony Music’s independent and distributed artist roster. - Own D2C commercial strategy for Orchard and independent artists across planning, execution, and optimization.
- Develop scalable D2C playbooks tailored to independent artist needs, budgets, and release cycles.

Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or creator-led commerce environments.

- Comfortable operating in matrixed organizations with embedded and central responsibilities.
