We provide end-to-end analytics for PlayStation Studios, helping teams understand players, evaluate game systems, and make data-informed decisions from early development through launch.

We're looking for a Senior Game Data Analyst who brings strong analytical fundamentals, game curiosity, and the judgment to turn messy questions into practical insight.

What you will be doing

As a Senior Game Data Analyst, you'll partner with game teams and publishing stakeholders to answer complex questions about player behavior, feature performance, commercial outcomes, and long-term game health.

You will:

• Lead analysis across player behavior, feature and content performance, monetization, and overall game health.

• Turn ambiguous design, product, and publishing questions into clear analytical plans and recommendations.

• Develop proxy metrics for player-experience goals such as pacing, challenge, friction, agency, and build diversity.

• Combine telemetry, playtests, surveys, sentiment, and product context to evaluate whether features are landing as intended.

• Apply judgment to imperfect evidence, including small samples, pre-launch tests, incomplete telemetry, noisy signals, and bias.

• Support commercial questions around launch, acquisition, segmentation, campaigns, and franchise health.

• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks that support consistent decision-making.

• Communicate insights clearly across design, product, publishing, research, engineering, data science, and leadership.

What we are looking for

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large behavioral datasets, especially event-level gameplay data.

• Strong exploratory analysis skills and the ability to turn raw gameplay data into clear insight.

• Experience analyzing player behavior and game systems, including progression, combat, economy, difficulty, matchmaking, feature adoption, engagement, retention, or segmentation.

• Experience partnering directly with designers, producers, product managers, researchers, engineers, or game leadership.

• Ability to distinguish between similar-looking behavioral signals, such as challenge versus frustration, friction versus intentional difficulty, novelty versus durable engagement, or confusion versus experimentation.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain what the data supports, what remains uncertain, and what teams should do next.

• A background in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or another applied quantitative discipline.

Domain Experience

• 4+ years of analytics experience in the games industry, ideally supporting game development, live operations, player behavior analysis, feature evaluation, or gameplay systems.

• 2+ years of experience working on a shipped game, live service game, or game team operating through rapid development cycles such as playtests, launch, live events, or content releases.

• Familiarity with the realities of game development, including changing priorities, incomplete information, telemetry gaps, cross-functional dependencies, and decisions that cannot wait for perfect data.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with Python, R, or statistical tooling for experimentation, causal inference, metric validation, forecasting, or behavioral modeling.

• Experience with Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or another BI tool with a semantic layer.

• Familiarity with Git or other reproducible analysis workflows.

• Experience across live service or games with complex progression, economy, combat, content, or social systems.

• Familiarity with publishing or commercial analytics, including acquisition, launch performance, campaign impact, monetization, forecasting, or franchise health.

This role is highly technical and requires a shown grasp of security principles and how they are applied to production environments. As a member of the Cloud Security team you will assist in the planning, design, development, testing, and management of security tools and controls that provide protection and visibility of our cloud environments.

Role Description:

Provide cloud security capabilities that are proactive, preventive-focused models that address modern threats, including those driven by AI-enabled attack techniques. Expanding into next-generation security domains such as AI/ML security, container security, and advanced threat detection and response.

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Security Engineer (Staff) to define and drive security architecture, strategy, and engineering practices across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for securing cloud-native and AI-driven systems at scale while influencing security outcomes across multiple teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive cloud security strategy, architecture standards, and technical roadmaps across cloud and AI-enabled environments
• Lead the design and implementation of preventative security controls, leveraging automation and AI-driven capabilities to reduce risk and improve detection and response
• Architect and secure complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise infrastructure
• Define and implement security architecture for AI/ML workloads, including model pipelines, data protection, and AI-integrated applications

• Lead the evolution of detection and response capabilities, integrating cloud telemetry, Cloud EDR, and advanced security analytics
• Conduct and guide threat modeling and risk assessments (Attack Surface Management, Data Security Posture Management, etc.) for complex cloud-native and AI-enabled systems
• Architect and deliver automation frameworks and security services to improve scalability and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Proven experience defining and securing large-scale cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, On-Premise)
• Deep expertise in cloud security architecture, including IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and secure design patterns
• Strong programming and automation experience, with the ability to design and scale security engineering solutions
• Extensive experience implementing DevSecOps practices and securing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows
• Expertise working with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, GKE, AKS)

AI / ML Security Expertise

• Deep understanding of security risks in AI/ML systems, including prompt injection, data poisoning, model leakage, and adversarial inputs
• Experience defining and securing AI/ML architectures, including training pipelines, inference systems, and AI-integrated applications
• Strong knowledge of data security and privacy controls in AI systems
• Familiarity with frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and NIST AI Risk Management Framework

Security Tooling & Operations

• Experience leading implementation and adoption of CNAPP platforms

Title:  Senior Portfolio Strategist

Location: Remote US or Canada

Role Description:

As a Senior Portfolio Strategist, you will lead the evaluation of our current and future portfolio of games, guide our gaming investment decisions across genres and business models, and recommend to senior leadership the right portfolio composition that optimizes risk versus return. You will direct the efforts of our portfolio allocation modeling team, spearhead deep analyses on where to invest our capital in gaming now and in the future, and communicate data-driven analyses and insights to executives across our studios and in the PlayStation Studios organization.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in assessing and providing perspective on our portfolio of games across IP, genres, business models, and risk levels to make sure it is optimized for growth and diversification

• Outline and direct critical analyses on the gaming market, our competitive position, changing consumer behavior, and technological trends to advise our senior leaders on the future of gaming

• Be a trusted confidant to our senior executives and guide their decision-making about our current portfolio performance vs future opportunities, including where to invest going forward

• Set the direction for and lead our portfolio model-building team across multiple iterations of our efforts to ensure our games portfolio meets its investment goals while balancing risk and return

• Independently initiate, plan, and lead strategic projects across high-impact topics that may or may not be on the radar of our top leaders already, like new business models for game development

• Proactively and critically advise our studio and production executives on the portfolio fit and economic potential of their game development plans and creative multi-year aspirations

• 6+ years of relevant experience, optimally in strategy/product in the gaming industry or management/strategy consulting

• Profound understanding of the gaming industry and broader market knowledge of the media and entertainment space from working experience

Our Global Vendor Management team is growing, and we’re looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented Business Analyst to help scale and evolve our vendor operations.

In this role, you’ll own day-to-day contract and vendor relationship management while driving the global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across hardware and services. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, optimize vendor performance, and improve contract lifecycle processes.

This is a highly visible role with global scope (US, EU, JP, APAC), where you’ll lead business planning discussions, influence vendor strategy, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Handle multiple vendor relationships and contracts across cross-functional teams
