This role will be responsible for driving programs and projects from inception through deployment over a worldwide scale to deliver amazing customer benefits. How you’ll lead:

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for large-scale business systems and/or complex software development initiatives from kick-off to market delivery

• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, Design/System Thinking, Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum and Kanban, and Program Management Methodologies to implement the right practice for the programs

• Effective leadership to prioritize assignments to meet required deadlines, craft action and program plans, identify gaps and risks to put in place mitigating factors and communication plans

• Critical thinking to identify all related pieces of the program, how they fit together and can solve routine and complicated problems effectively

• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences, presenting program objectives, strategic outcomes, escalations and relevant success criteria for timely decisions and issue resolution

Principal, Portfolio Strategy Manager

As Principal, Portfolio Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how SIE translates strategy into actionable investment decisions across a global portfolio of Hardware, Software and Services. As a partner to teams and executives in Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Platform Business Office, Program Management and more, you will have to navigate and align competing priorities and perspectives. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio, evolve and implement a data-informed portfolio management framework, and build trusted partnerships throughout the organization to help evaluate trade-offs and optimize portfolio balance and value. 

Responsibilities: 

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio and its programs and develop deep insights to generate actionable recommendations 

• Ensure the portfolio reflects the right strategic investment mix and priorities to achieve business objectives 

• Standardize and improve performance measurement practices across the portfolio in partnership with data science & analytics teams 

• Provide stakeholders with actionable insights and trade-off recommendations to optimize resource allocation

• Proven success leading strategic planning for large-scale, complex, multi-billion-dollar portfolios

The Sr. Portfolio Data Analyst serves as the senior data authority for Portfolio Management within the Platform Business organization. This role designs and delivers scalable data solutions and advanced analytics to provide real-time, trusted insights into portfolio performance, enabling data-driven investment and prioritization decisions. The position combines deep financial acumen, technical expertise, and portfolio evaluation to guide strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating program, financial, and operational data into a unified portfolio data model.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and analytics (KPIs, trends, forecasts) to assess portfolio health, performance, ROI, and value realization.
• Lead portfolio reporting (operational and quarterly), including budget vs. actuals, forecasting, resource capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Perform advanced financial and scenario modeling to evaluate trade-offs, risks, and investment outcomes across the portfolio.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, governance, and standardized definitions; document data lineage and business rules.
• Automate reporting and analytics workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
