The SIE IT Foundational Services department implements, enhances and supports products and services that underpin PlayStation’s business operations. SAP is a strategic solution in this space, and the platform currently comprises SAP S/4HANA, BW, and IBP. We are looking for a hands-on Global SAP Sales Ops Functional Analyst to drive, manage and support the delivery of technical solutions to ensure that the platform continues to meet the sales and distribution needs of the business globally.

You will collaborate with business partners from the Sales & Operations business functions to understand business goals and to identify and communicate how technical solutions can achieve them. You will do this by gathering, analysing and prioritising business requirements, and by working with business and technical teams to design, agree and coordinate the delivery of technical solutions that align with business strategies.

What you will be doing:

Helping to design, implement and support SAP S/4 HANA capabilities that underpin sophisticated sales and distribution business processes, including (but not limited to) order management, material master, pricing, ATP, MRP, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting, by:

• Translating business strategy into product strategy
• Identifying business partners and engaging with them to discover, understand and define business problems and opportunities.
• Understanding existing business processes, mapping out process flows and identifying areas for improvement.
• Providing guidance and recommendations to business partners, driving standardisation and adoption of SAP standard processes globally whenever possible.
• Owning the scoping, prioritisation, management and reporting of progress against identified S&O initiatives.
• Working closely with internal and third-party business and technical teams to analyse and assess the impact of change requests on the SAP platform.
• Eliciting and analysing business requirements to document and agree functional design specifications, ensuring that they receive the appropriate level of approval.
• Analysing AS-IS and TO-BE system processes and configuration to assess impact on SD, MM and integration with FI-CO activities.
• Validating the approach for delivery of system changes to ensure proper testing and documentation is completed.
• Interface design, and co-ordinating and assisting with integration testing as required.
• As required, working closely with internal and third-party technical teams to analyse and resolve production issues across the SAP platform.

• Technical SAP S/4 HANA experience, with hands-on experience of product implementation and production support primarily in Material Management (MM) and/or Sales & Distribution (SD);
• Working across the full lifecycle of technology-enabled change: from requirements definition through solution design, build, testing to transition to live operation.
• Sound understanding of the following areas:
• Supply chain and logistics in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
• Product data management including Bill of Materials.
• Data interfaces and system integration, including EDI and other interface solutions which involve IDOC interfaces between SAP MM/SD and non-SAP third-party warehouse, carrier and master data systems.
• Key integration points between SD/MM/Purchasing/FICO.
• Sales and Purchase to Pay scenarios, requisition release strategies and SAP PO and inventory functionality.
• Warehouse environments and processes.
• Working with offshore / near shore service providers
• Comfortable dealing with senior team members and willing to challenge them based on sound reasoning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working within controlled/compliance-based environments (particularly Sarbanes Oxley) would be beneficial.

Role overview:

We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to own the strategy roadmap and execution of large projects on Enterprise Services platform, with a strong focus on ServiceNow. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, supporting functions such as HR, Finance, Facilities, Supply Chain & Operations, and Employee Services. 

You’ll act as a strategic thought partner and hands-on leader, driving enterprise-wide solutions across HR, IT, Facilities, Supply Chain & Operations and Employee Services. Delivering solutions that improve both user experience and operational efficiency across the enterprise.  

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with business and IT leaders to define and implement the ServiceNow roadmap, strategy, and priorities
• Translate complex, ambiguous business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions
• Lead end-to-end solution design across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SPM, WSD, App Engine, Now Assist)
• Drive multi-functional initiatives, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and program teams
• Manage dependencies across systems and define enterprise integration strategies (e.g., Workday, SAP, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack)
• Guide backlog prioritization and own delivery of key initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, and governance standards
• Find opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-driven improvements
• Establish and promote procedures, standards, and scalable design patterns

Reporting, Analytics & Operations:

• Define and deliver reporting and analytics solutions using ServiceNow dashboards and performance analytics to deliver actionable insights
• Partner with team members to establish benchmarks and success metrics, tracking platform performance and business outcomes
• Support day-to-day platform operations, including backlog triage, issue analysis, and continuous service improvements
• Monitor system usage, trends, and data quality to proactively identify optimization opportunities

What we're looking for:

• 10–12+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles in SaaS/PaaS environments
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale, multi-functional solutions
• Deep understanding of integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture
• Ability to break down sophisticated problems and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments and across the full SDLC

Technical Expertise:

• ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, SPM, WSD, App Engine, Now Assist, Reporting, Integrations
• Enterprise platforms: Workday, SAP, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack
• Proven understanding of integration patterns and standard processes
• Familiarity with AI technologies and automation is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS/PaaS architecture
