About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team, reporting to the VP of Business Operations. This role is critical to scaling through our next phase of growth. At heart, it is a horizontal role: you will partner with leaders across the company to turn ambiguous strategic problems into structured decisions, durable operating systems, and measurable outcomes. Your work will span strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, analytics, and operating cadence — solving high-leverage problems and unlocking growth.

We're looking for someone with broad skills who can go deep where it matters. You'll move fluidly between framing a business problem, pressure-testing the numbers behind it, working with stakeholders across the company to flesh out the plan, and building the strategy, operating cadence, or business intelligence needed to bring it to life.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders across Snorkel to frame complex business problems and drive them to execution and impact, not just analysis or decisions

• Scope and run company initiatives end-to-end (e.g., external partnerships, corporate development, etc.)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roles that require strong business judgment (including under uncertainty), cross-functional execution, and comfort with ambiguity; breadth and comfort across different kinds of environments is critical
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable building operating, financial, or market models from scratch
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership: creative thinking, always willing to roll up your sleeves, and try new things
• Hands-on technical capability across the data stack that makes a modern company run — data lakes, data pipelines, systems of record (CRM, ERP, and similar), and analytics/BI — and able to dig into technical questions and root causes when needed
• Passion for unlocking new capabilities with modern AI tooling is a must. You can build your own prototypes to show what's possible, and have a sense for what it takes to turn a prototype into something the business can rely on
• Solid project management fundamentals: you can run a cross-functional workstream without needing a dedicated program manager backstopping you

Recruiting Coordinator

Accounts Receivable (AR) / Project Billing Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven AR / Project Billing Specialist to own and execute our billing and collections processes for enterprise customers. This role will partner closely with the Revenue Accounting Manager and play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate billing and accelerating cash collections.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — ideal for someone who thrives in the details, is persistent in following up with customers, and knows how to navigate complex enterprise procurement and payment environments (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, customer portals).

You will be instrumental in helping us reduce DSO, shorten time-to-bill, and drive toward a 5-business-day billing and AR close.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end project-based billing, including invoice preparation, validation against contracts/SOWs, and timely delivery to customers.
• Navigate and manage customer procurement and payment portals (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, and similar systems) to ensure invoices are submitted correctly and without delay.
• Proactively drive collections efforts — follow up consistently with enterprise customers via email, portals, and calls to resolve outstanding invoices.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Accounting to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and contract-related issues quickly.
• Monitor AR aging and take action to reduce DSO and improve cash collections performance.
• Ensure all billing aligns with contract terms, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Support a fast and efficient month-end close, helping achieve a 5-business-day billing/AR close timeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other billing systems.
• Reconcile billed revenue to underlying project data and ensure proper association of costs and revenue where applicable.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline billing, invoicing, and collections workflows.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and audit support related to billing and AR processes.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth billing and payment cycles.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or project-based invoicing roles
• Strong experience with project-based / milestone / services billing
• Proven track record of managing enterprise collections and reducing DSO
• Hands-on experience with customer payment and procurement portals (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, or similar)
• Experience working in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting systems

About the Role 

In this role, you will build and lead our forward-deployed engineering (FDE) team, working directly with leading labs and enterprises to scope, build and deliver high quality datasets to support their most critical AI initiatives. 

You’ll lead a team that will own quality in the end-to-end data pipeline. This will include working with customers to define what “good” data looks like to implement the relevant workflows in their platform. You will design innovative ML approaches to enhance human-in-the-loop (HITL) techniques and improve the efficiency of data generation and review processes. We are seeking an experienced Enablement Operations Manager to design, develop, and enhance the enablement infrastructure (e.g., tools, data systems, frameworks) and programs for Snorkel's GTM team. In this role, you will design, build, and scale the enablement infrastructure that accelerates revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As the architect and builder of our internal enablement operations, you'll create systematic programs that reduce time-to-productivity, improve win rates, and drive consistent customer experiences—directly impacting quota attainment, deal velocity, and client satisfaction.

About You

7+ years in enablement roles, with demonstrated progression from program execution to strategic ownership. You've moved beyond just running training sessions—you've built enablement functions, reduced ramp times, improved win and quality delivery rates, and proven business impact through metrics.

Responsibilities

1. Internal Enablement Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive enablement roadmap, including onboarding, everboarding, and GTM methodologies (i.e., MEDDPICC), in collaboration with the Head of Enablement & Product Operations.
2. Revenue-Driven Enablement: Develop competency-based onboarding and certification programs, establish playbooks for standard operating procedures, and measure improvements in acceleration, quality, and efficiency in Snorkel’s GTM and Presales teams for our DaaS organization.
3. Product Launch Activation: Partner with the Marketing Leadership to turn messaging into strategies and team capabilities, create role-specific enablement, and build activation programs while assessing adoption and gathering field intelligence.
4. Data-Driven Operations: Establish a knowledge base in Notion and explore LMS integration; develop frameworks to track onboarding, revenue, and efficiency metrics using Salesforce data to provide insights; and conduct quarterly ROI reviews.
5. Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with DaaS leadership and Cross-functional partners for seamless program delivery, acting as the enablement program manager for GTM and Presales planning and product launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years in enablement/Sales Enablement in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical products 
• Proven builder: Track record of designing AND implementing enablement programs from scratch—you don't just create strategy, you build onboarding programs, certification frameworks, playbooks, and analytics dashboards
• Revenue-focused operator: Experience proving enablement impact through business metrics (win rates, ramp time, quota attainment, deal and delivery velocity) 
• Strategic program manager: Expert at scoping initiatives, building business cases, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering complex projects in fast-paced startup environment

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager, Growth to own and scale our paid acquisition engine within Snorkel’s rapidly growing Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business. Our DaaS business sources expert contributors — Masters and PhD holders across STEM, engineering, law, medicine, and other specialized domains — to perform high-quality AI training work for the world’s leading AI labs.

This role reports to the Head of Supply and is responsible for turning ad spend into qualified, domain-matched contributors while maintaining a sustainable cost to acquire. You will own and manage our paid acquisition strategy, partnering with analytics and GTM teams to develop demand forecasting models using Salesforce and sales pipeline signals, manage the deployment of domain-specific advertisements at scale, and design the dashboards that keep the team honest about performance.

This is a high-impact role for an operator who is equally comfortable building growth models and managing campaign performance in spreadsheets, while aligning with finance to present on spend efficiency and lifetime value. You will work closely with Supply Operations and GTM to ensure that acquisition channels and spend targets are aligned to real demand signals, while ensuring that we are bringing the right users through our funnel.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy for sourcing expert contributors across specialized domains
• Manage ad channel strategy across LinkedIn and other paid channels — including ad deployment, budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative iteration

About the Role

We are seeking a leader to scale a high-performing team of Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs). This is a role that sits at the heart of our Delivery organization, reporting directly to the Head of Delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of our technical delivery function, enabling TDMs to execute projects with rigor, quality, and consistency while also elevating operational strategy.

You’ll balance day-to-day project oversight with people leadership, coaching, and long-term capability building. As a player-coach, you’ll manage delivery workflows, mentor TDMs, and partner cross-functionally with research, engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy, building organizational muscle in a rapidly scaling environment.

What You’ll Do

• Enable delivery success: Provide oversight on complex customer projects, ensuring delivery is on-time, on-budget, and meets the highest standards of quality.
• Lead and manage the TDM team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a group of technical delivery managers, ensuring they are set up for success in delivering high-quality projects.
• Drive operational excellence: Establish best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes across project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with leadership: Collaborate closely with the Head of Delivery to translate strategic goals into operational execution and team priorities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with research, engineering, product, and client-facing teams to align delivery activities with broader business goals.
• Champion continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to innovate and streamline delivery methodologies, tooling, and reporting.
• Customer alignment: Support TDMs in interfacing with clients, helping refine scope, manage expectations, and ensure customer success.
• Data-driven management: Use metrics and insights to monitor delivery health, team performance, and customer impact.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in technical delivery, operations, or program management, with 3+ years managing people or teams.
• Technical acumen: Strong grounding in data systems, analytics, or AI/ML concepts; comfort with SQL, Python, and data workflows is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven track record of developing and scaling high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Project delivery expertise: Ability to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from start to finish.
• Communication skills: Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills to translate technical and operational concepts to diverse audiences.
• Business acumen: Skilled at assessing trade-offs, managing budgets, and aligning resources to business priorities.

The salary range for this position based off of tier 1 locations such as San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Seattle and is $160,000-$240,000 All offers include equity compensation in the form of employee stock options.
