Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial PMO point of contact for all shared products, including briefings, reports, and other deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate the staffing of taskers and deliverables across the organization to support PM, DPM, and AcqOps Director workloads.
- Operate as an expert user of ETMS2 or similar tasking systems to issue, manage, and track U.S. Army and DoD taskers.
- Coordinate with Cargo Helicopters teams to ensure timely analysis, completion, and submission of PM approved responses to RFIs and staffing requests.
- Facilitate horizontal and vertical communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
- Support AcqOps personnel in executing a wide range of office functions, including:
- Event planning and support (town halls, ceremonies, industry engagements)
- Human resource management support
- Property accountability and facilities/space management
- Administrative services, security coordination, and administrative IT support
- Provide recommendations to PMO leadership on streamlining operations, improving processes, and achieving organizational goals.
- Coordinate suspense actions that impact major program segments or the organization.
- Lead special ad hoc initiatives related to organizational structure, mission alignment, workload analysis, resource planning, and transition planning.
- Develop, articulate, and prioritize operational requirements; orchestrate support across the PMO to meet those requirements.
- Identify issues through analysis and propose effective resolutions.
- Translate strategic concepts and vision into operational objectives and executable tasks to support future mission success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor’s degree with 13 years of relevant experience
- Allowable substitution: High school diploma and 17 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in:
- U.S. Army operations at the O-6/APEO level
- Tasker management systems (ETMS2 or equivalent)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:
- DAU Program Management Level II (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with DoDI 5000 series Acquisition Instructions
- Knowledge of U.S. Army staffing processes and procedures
- Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Execution:
- Accomplish and review funds execution activities to ensure compliance with appropriation law and DoD Financial Management Regulation
- Collect, analyze, and integrate obligation and disbursement reports from multiple data sources
- Develop and review Obligation and Expenditure Plans for accuracy and alignment with program requirements
- Monitor budget execution and provide early warning of potential funding issues
- Systems Analysis & Support:
- Utilize GFEBS and LMP systems for transaction processing, data extraction, and financial reporting
- Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP FI and AM modules and GFEBS transaction codes
- Navigate LMP databases to extract logistics and financial data for program analysis
- Ensure data integrity across enterprise systems
- Program Analysis & Reporting:
- Manage, analyze, and report funding and programmatic data utilizing CCAR and PMRT suite
- Leverage ADVANA and Power BI to develop analytical products and executive dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights to support program decision-making
- Prepare briefings and reports for government leadership
- Collaborative Support:
- Work closely with government financial managers, contracting officers, and program leadership
- Coordinate with functional leads across the FLRAA Project Office Support audits, data calls, and requirements from higher headquarters
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience
- Army Program Execution Experience – Demonstrated experience supporting Army acquisition or program management offices in budget formulation, funds management, and program execution
- Enterprise System Expertise – Current, verifiable working-level experience with:
- Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) – software, databases, and system functionality
- General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) – SAP FI and AM modules, transaction codes, and financial reporting
- Contractor Cost Analysis Requirements (CCAR) – data management, analysis, and reporting within PMRT suite
- Recent Experience Required – All system experience must be current and verifiable with recent (within last 24 months) hands-on application
- Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
- Experience with SAP transaction codes for Financials (FI) and Asset Management (AM)
- Working knowledge of Project Management Resource Tool (PMRT) suite of applications
- Familiarity with ADVANA and Power BI for data analytics and visualization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience supporting Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) or Army aviation programs
- Knowledge of Army acquisition processes and Defense Acquisition System
- Familiarity with Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) requirements
- Previous experience with major defense acquisition programs (ACAT I/II)
- Professional certification (e.g., DAWIA/ACQ Business FM, PMP, or equivalent)

SMX is seeking a Program Analyst to provide administrative and operations support to the PATRIOT Software Division. This is a hybrid position based in Huntsville, AL.
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison and coordinator for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities in support of the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (PGSE) Software (SW) team. You will be responsible for managing FMS-related taskers, foreign disclosure processes, classified/unclassified media handling, and ensuring all deliverables align with U.S. Government (USG) and Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) security protocols.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all FMS SACO taskers, RFIs, software transfers, foreign disclosure requests, and project deliverables on behalf of the PGSE-SW team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive tracking spreadsheets and documentation to support PGSE-SW team project deliverables and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide weekly status updates on all active PGSE-SW tasks to software leadership and team stakeholders.
- Administer the preparation and secure transfer of classified and unclassified USG software media and documents in accordance with IFMC and foreign disclosure policies.
- Prepare foreign disclosure items and supporting documentation, including DA Form 3964, courier memos, and media lists.
- Draft and format official USG correspondence for foreign partners in compliance with Army Regulation 25-50 and IFMC security standards.
- Initiate and route required forms (Form 2-8, 2-8a, CUI Foreign Concurrence Forms) to Foreign Disclosure Representatives (FDRs) to ensure proper submission and approval through the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO).
- Prepare and assist with the development of PGSE-SW products/documents, briefings, and reports.
- Collaborate with IFMC Security to verify accurate classification markings on all outgoing documentation and technical data.
- Coordinate secure delivery of classified and controlled software and documents with Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), IFMC personnel, and approved couriers.
- Store and archive FMS program documents in appropriate international filing systems.
- Attend and support recurring program meetings, partner engagements, and technical reviews; prepare meeting notices, distribute briefing materials, and ensure foreign disclosure release packages are submitted as required.
- Archive various technical documents including Test Incident Reports (TIRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), Software Trouble Reports (STRs), and Data Processing Software Requirements (DPSRs).
- Support preparation and submission of travel authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS); manage APACS requests and ensure Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) compliance.

- Additional experience may be excepted in lieu of a degree or in addition to an Associate's
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork
