We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to help us retain and expand our relationships with existing customers of our Market Intelligence solution.
This role will report to the Country Manager based in Japan.

As an account manager, you will own the relationship with these customers, and work with key decision-makers to make sure they are getting the most value out of our platform and data. In addition to increasing your accounts’ user engagement and facilitating product adoption, you will be responsible for identifying and leading up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, SMB/ Enterprise (based in Tokyo) to work closely with our top SMB / enterprise clients in the Japan market. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, data and customer success, and enjoys working directly with clients to help solve business problems and provide data-driven outcomes. This role will also serve as a product expert to help drive customer adoption and retention, generating insights and creative ideas for Similarweb solutions.

The Customer Success Manager is a key player on the SMB / Enterprise Team collaborating with a variety of internal cross-functional teams and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients by working in a consultative manner. Demand Generationチームの一員として、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
インバウンドの電話・チャット対応、お問い合わせフォームへの返信を行い、Similarwebのデジタルインテリジェンスソリューションを活用できる適切な見込み顧客を選定する必要に応じてアウトバウンドを行う日本語ネイティブ-必須見込み顧客に対し、Similarwebが彼らのデジタル戦略にもたらす価値を示すためのデータやインサイトを特定し、共有するインサイトをコールまたはメールを通じて提供商談を設定し、営業チームのパイプラインを構築するマーケティング部門と連携し、登録ユーザーに向けたキャンペーンの企画・実施を行う

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer-facing acumen, and solution-oriented problem solving. The Data AS Consultant will work closely with Sales & Account Managers to provide technical leadership and solution design for highly consultative enterprise projects. It is a revenue-generating pre-sales position focused on enabling technical adoption and driving customer success for both new and expansion opportunities.
This role reports directly to the Team Manager, DSI, with a dotted line to the Regional Head of Japan.
