Position Title: Product Manager, Data Platform
About the role
The Data Platform team is transforming how LTK activates data across the company - building the single source of truth that powers analytics, discovery, monetization, and AI. We are modernizing our data stack, standing up an Enterprise Data Model, migrating analytics tooling, and delivering standardized data access services that serve both internal stakeholders and external product surfaces.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will own feature areas within the Data Platform, contributing to delivery from spec through launch. You will write clear requirements, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery, and use data and customer feedback to develop your product judgment in a deeply technical domain.
This is a craft-focused role for someone who is eager to grow their product skills on foundational platform work, is comfortable learning technical concepts like data pipelines and semantic modeling, and wants to build the muscle of shipping in a complex, cross-functional environment.

About the role
We are searching for an engineering leader to manage a fullstack squad (iOS, Web, Backend) responsible for the user experiences and systems used to onboard and drive creator growth across LTK, one of the largest creator-guided shopping and brand marketing platforms in the industry! As the leader of one of our development teams, you will be responsible for conducting, leading and coordinating software development activities throughout the product lifecycle as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the development team within an Agile Development environment.

About the role
The Commissions and Payout Engineering team is responsible for streamlining revenue financial workflows to ensure our Finance and Accounting teams can close the books with a high degree of accuracy and confidence. The systems we build need to be scalable and accurate as we handle revenue operations for LTK. Some of the projects we are focused on are building infrastructure for revenue affiliate integration, settlement, and cash reconciliation of all transactions and payments, generating invoices for our bundle partners, and revenue partner workflows.

About the role
Join the LTK Family! We are searching for a senior software engineer to join the Creator organization. This team is responsible for the user experiences and systems used to onboard creators and drive their growth across LTK, one of the largest creator-guided shopping and brand marketing platforms in the industry.
The ideal Senior Software Engineer for this space will be organized, productive, and comfortable working across the full stack. You will have strong experience in building scalable, production-quality web applications that anticipate significant growth across multiple dimensions. You’ll be inventive and have a pragmatic and iterative approach to delivering high quality software. You’ll ruthlessly prioritize accomplishing the highest impact deliverables first, and provide valuable guidance to the engineering manager on the direction of the team’s web architecture and systems. You will proactively establish lines of communication across the teams and business units, and draw on them to make the team successful.
This is a web-application focused role: you will spend most of your time designing, building, and evolving front-end experiences. We prefer candidates who are comfortable working across the full stack and can lean into backend work when needed.
