The Role
The Design team at Sharebite ensures products serve our customer’s needs in easy-to-use, enjoyable, and innovative ways. Our department is dedicated to enhancing and redefining the corporate food space, constantly raising the bar on delightful and intuitive product experiences. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design of core features within our platform, turning complex user needs into effortless experiences. We are seeking a Product Designer with professional experience shipping digital products and a deep passion for user advocacy. This role represents the core of Design execution at the organization, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver polished, high-impact solutions that solve real problems.

About the Role
As an Enterprise Growth Partner, you will focus on establishing partnerships with large, dynamic customers with desires to feed their large and potentially growing workforce. As a key member of the sales team, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor that empowers and enables our clients by coaching them on the set of products and solutions that Sharebite offers.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Candidates should expect regular travel within NYC to attend onsite meetings, events, and other in-person business needs.

About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping how Sharebite applies AI across both its product and internal operations. You will begin by working closely with the product and engineering teams to build a deep understanding of the codebase, core workflows, business logic, and operational complexity behind the platform. We see that foundation as essential to building AI solutions that are not only innovative but genuinely useful.
As you grow into the role, you will identify high-impact opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency, streamline manual work, and enhance the product experience for customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for designing, building, and refining AI-powered tools, automations, workflows, and product features that are practical, scalable, and well-integrated into the business. This role is ideal for someone who wants to pair full stack engineering with applied AI work and have a meaningful influence on how the function develops over time.
A note on the role: this position starts as a Full-Stack Engineer and evolves into an AI Engineer over time. If you’re looking for a pure AI/ML research role, this likely is not the best fit. If you’re someone who loves building real products and wants to apply AI engineering over time, this role is perfect for you.

As Director of Logistics Operations at Sharebite, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery and fulfillment experience that powers thousands of daily meals for companies across the country. You’ll lead the full Logistics Operations organization—including fulfillment and on-site operations—and evolve Sharebite’s delivery model from primarily third-party to a high-performing hybrid model by standing up and scaling an in-house driver fleet.
This role blends operational rigor, systems thinking, and hands-on leadership. You’ll rebuild core components of our logistics engine—from dispatch and driver assignment to restaurant handoff, last mile and “final 30 feet,” on-site execution, customer experience, ETA accuracy, and live tracking. You’ll also create predictable, repeatable processes that enable Sales, Customer Success, and the broader organization to launch confidently. You are the ultimate backstop for delivery performance at Sharebite.

The Role
As a Senior Rev Ops / Salesforce Product Owner, you will be a key member of Sharebite’s Growth (Revenue) Operations team, responsible for the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and the analysis of data within to improve processes and increase ROI. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that combines day-to-day administration with ownership of data quality, process improvement, and internal projects.
You’ll partner closely with Operation and Growth teams. You will lead the initiative to help enforce best practices, maintain high data integrity, and ensure Salesforce remains a reliable and intuitive system for our users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational ownership, problem-solving, and building scalable solutions.
User experience is critical to us. You should enjoy supporting users, designing thoughtful solutions, and translating evolving business needs into clean, maintainable Salesforce configurations.
What You’ll Do
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
Track KPI's of the Growth Team (i.e. quota attainment, pipeline coverage, etc.)
Analyze data and work with leadership to improve processes and increase ROI
Own the ongoing administration, upkeep, and optimization of Salesforce
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions
Manage user access, licenses, roles, permissions, and security settings
Maintain ticketing workflows, prioritize requests, and help plan the Salesforce roadmap
Enforce data hygiene standards and perform regular quality checks
Configure and maintain Salesforce features including fields, page layouts, record types, automations, dashboards, and reports
Support internal projects in collaboration with other business teams and leadership
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to improve adoption and satisfaction
Monitor and maintain the health of Salesforce integrations, partner with engineering and other teams on integration-related projects across connected systems, and develop a working understanding of AI and data tools to enrich, consolidate, and improve data quality for reporting and analysis.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator (or actively pursuing)
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (SFDC)
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, and data model
Experience working with ticketing systems and project management tools
Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, with a focus on flows, improving UX, reporting, and tracking revenue KPI's
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and working with adjacent systems
Experience writing release notes & training guides for the team
Strong interest in developing data and AI skills to improve data quality, reporting, and operational insights.
