As a Strategy Consultant at Sercante, you are the architect of digital transformation. You occupy the vital space between a client’s high-level business goals and their technical reality, reporting directly to the Strategy Director. What You Bring
- Strategic Tenure: 7+ years of professional consulting experience, with a proven track record (3+ years) specifically in digital or marketing strategy.
- The "Vision Map" Methodology: Mastery in building multi-year roadmaps that align Salesforce and Martech investments with high-level business KPIs.
- Martech Fluency: The ability to perform objective platform comparisons and guide clients through complex tool selection and consolidation.
- Advanced Journey Design: Experience moving beyond basic flows to design sophisticated, data-driven, omni-channel customer experiences.
- Practical AI Advisory: A clear perspective on how to integrate automation and Generative AI into marketing workflows to create tangible efficiency.
A Day-in-the-Life
- Discovery & Diagnosis: Leading deep-dive sessions to uncover pain points and define a client’s strategic North Star.
- Roadmap Architecture: Designing comprehensive "Vision Maps" that sequence implementations for maximum business impact and scalability.
- Optimization Audits: Identifying friction in the customer lifecycle and proposing data-backed solutions to improve conversion and retention.
- Technical Collaboration: Partnering with Technical Architects to ensure your strategic designs are feasible within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Executive Communication: Authoring compelling strategy decks and AI readiness assessments that simplify complex digital shifts for stakeholders.
- Workshop Facilitation: Owning the delivery of high-impact sessions that align cross-functional client teams toward a singular goal.
What Success Looks Like
- At 6 Months: You have successfully delivered 5+ strategic roadmaps and maintained a consistent 75% billable utilization.
- At 12 Months: You have become the "Trusted Advisor" for 3+ anchor accounts, where your strategic vision has naturally led to successful "Phase 2" expansions.

Engagement Strategist - Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

You are the bridge between a client’s vision and their marketing automation reality. As an Engagement Strategist - Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), you aren’t just checking boxes; you’re the trusted advisor who translates business goals into smart MCAE/Pardot solutions. We lead the way in marketing innovation, and we need you to own the relationship and ensure our clients are getting the absolute most out of their automation investment.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a consultant or strategist-level role within the Salesforce ecosystem or a similar marketing automation space.
- Proven success navigating and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) to solve real-world marketing and sales alignment problems.
- Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying solutions (Engagement Studio, automation rules, and grading/scoring) that meet complex client needs.
- A track record of translating high-level business requirements into clear, technical roadmaps while managing timelines.
- The ability to break down "tech-speak" into digestible training and documentation for stakeholders and end-users.
- Experience coordinating work with internal teams and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
A Day-in-the-Life
- Guide the client relationship by acting as a proactive partner and primary advisor for their marketing automation strategy and execution.
- Translate client business objectives into technical requirements, ensuring every automated journey we build has a clear purpose.
- Build and configure solutions within Account Engagement to automate lead flow, nurture prospects, and improve marketing ROI.
- Collaborate as a core member of a project team to lead marketing automation deliverables, while supporting the project lead with execution, coordination, and client-facing activities.
- Lead business process reviews to uncover marketing pain points and design the future state of a client’s automation environment.
- Empower client teams by leading training sessions and creating documentation that makes complex marketing workflows feel simple.
- Collaborate with the broader Sercante team to peer-review solutions and share knowledge that levels up the entire agency.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 90 days, you have built a deep rapport with your initial clients and are confidently managing their project deliverables and roadmaps.
- By month 6, you have successfully delivered multiple projects on time, resulting in measurable improvements in client platform adoption.
- Within your first year, you are recognized as an indispensable extension of the client’s team, driving retention and identifying new opportunities for their growth.
