As a Senior Solutions Engineer (Channel), you will expand SentinelOne’s technical sales presence across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan by leading technical enablement, knowledge transfer, and evangelism within the partner community. You will support the full partner sales cycle—including demos, PoCs, and competitive intelligence—while training partners to effectively sell and launch SentinelOne-based solutions. By collaborating with partners, field sales, and internal SE teams, you will align with partner business models to identify and capture high-value opportunities through our cybersecurity platform.

What will you do?

• Visit local/regional partner offices with regular cadence
• Attend and coordinate offsite social events with partners
• Attend internal sales and sales engineering calls
• Facilitate meetings with SentinelOne field sales and sales engineers and partner resources
• Support sales cycle of SentinelOne products to new partner prospects through demos, POCs, etc.
• Introduce partner sales and technologists to technology
• Deliver roadmap and product updates
• Train for demos and proof-of-concepts (POC)
• Provide regular market updates including competitive intelligence
• Set up regular best practices and how to sessions
• Enable partners to develop, launch and support S1 based Solutions

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

• Minimum 4 years pre-sales working expertise on one of the following technical topics: Cloud computing (private, public, hybrid) , Endpoint Protection / EDR, OT-IoT, Cloud SIEM solutions, Security Operations, IR, Mobile Security.
• Strong client facing skills (incl. C-level) and a successful track record of engagement management
• Having excellent technical Presentation Skills
• Fluency in English is a requirement for this role and a Second language in Thai, Chinese, and/or Bahasa is an advantage.

As a Partner/Channel Sales Engineer, you will scale the technical capabilities of SentinelOne’s partner ecosystem, empowering partner SEs to lead demos and POCs independently. You will drive partner readiness and opportunity conversion through hands-on workshops and cross-functional collaboration. Leveraging your cybersecurity and enablement expertise, you will ensure technical independence and high-impact partner performance.

What will you do?

• Partner Education and Technical Enabelment
• Qualify partner technical resources before investing in enablement, ensuring the right baseline skills and technical commitment.
• Own and maintain a structured enablement tracker for all partner SEs, including skill levels, certifications, and progression plans.
• Design, guide, and support partners in building Centers of Excellence (CoE) labs on the SentinelOne technology platform.
• Uplift partner SE demo capabilities, ensuring confident, end-to-end platform demonstrations mapped to real customer use cases (PSE should co-own with Account SE on complex customer-facing engagement).
• Enable partner SEs on core platform workflows, integrations, and operational best practices.

       Engagement & Weekly Cadence

• Run weekly cadence calls with distributor SEs and Tier-1 partners covering:
• Product updates and roadmap highlights
• Partner-driven POCs tracking and deal progression
• Technical Challenges 
• Lead recurring ThreatOps and “Tech Friday” enablement sessions for partner SEs across the region.
• Deliver hands-on technical workshops, deep dives, and use-case-driven sessions to continuously uplift partner capability.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration & Coverage Management

• Work closely with Account Managers and Direct SEs to align the right partner SE resources to specific opportunities.
• Map and manage the technical resource chain across partner organizations to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and coverage.
• Ensure partner technical engagements align with SentinelOne Channel-focused partners, as defined by the Channel business manager and sales leaders.
• Provide structured feedback to internal teams on partner readiness, skill gaps, and enablement priorities.

     Success Metrics

• Increased partner-led technical independence across demos, POCs, 
• Improved quality, velocity, and conversion of partner-driven opportunities.
• Reduction in escalations caused by partner technical skill gaps.
• Measurable improvement in partner SE enablement scores and certification coverage.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Strong hands-on experience in cybersecurity technologies such as endpoint security, XDR, cloud security, or SOC operations.
• Proven experience enabling or working with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for technical enablement sessions.
