About the Role:
We're looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to own and operate the systems that keep SecurityScorecard running. This is a hands-on, senior-level role reporting directly to the CISO. You will be the primary technical owner of corporate identity, endpoint, collaboration, AI workflow tooling, and IT budget — with direct daily involvement in security operations. You'll hit the ground running on IT operations from day one and own the full stack within 90 days.
This is not a ticket-taker role. We need someone who identifies problems before they're assigned, builds automation that makes the whole organization faster, and holds the technical bar for the team around them.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $195,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Solutions Architecture to work with our Sales teams across the US. The candidate will own the pre-sales technical engagement with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional verbal skills and be a strong cross functional collaborator.
Success in this role requires security and technical acumen to develop a deep understanding of SecurityScorecard's architecture and services and a consultative approach to understanding customer business needs. You'll leverage your strategic communication skills to engage in technical and business discussions with engineers and senior decision makers alike, translating customer needs into technical requirements and conveying the merit of SecurityScorecard's solutions throughout.

About the Role
This is a pre-sales role. Our Business Development Team is the first point of contact for many of our future customers. As a Business Development Associate, you will focus on setting up introductions with our ideal customers and qualifying their needs. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and works closely with our Field Sales Reps (FSRs).
We’re looking for people who are excited to own their “business” within their respective territory. If you enjoy discovering the perfect buyer, crafting messaging that gets attention, and making meaningful connections, this is the perfect role for you. While not always the case, this role ideally prepares you to become a full-cycle Salesperson (i.e., a closer).
As a BDA, you’ll benefit from ongoing training, mentorship, career/life coaching, and guidance. It’s a great way to jumpstart a career in cybersecurity/SaaS sales, and the skills you develop are broadly applicable across many disciplines.
Our Ideal Candidate
This role is focused on sourcing our next sales opportunity. You will interact with prospects over the phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn). Our ideal candidate has a knack for recognizing patterns and applying those insights to broader scenarios—for example, identifying ideal prospects based on Buyer Persona training or following up with leads after an event.
