POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, People Programs & Experience owns enterprise people programs across Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC and is accountable for their quality, effectiveness, and how employees experience them. This role shapes the strategy and owns delivery of critical people programs, drives strong execution, and continuously improves how those programs support employee experience and organizational performance. The right candidate brings judgment, ownership, and follow-through, and translates priorities into high-quality work. This role is best suited for a strong individual contributor who operates with context, thoughtfulness, and high standards, and who proactively leverages AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve how people programs are designed, delivered, and scaled.

The Executive Creative Director (ECD) is the senior-most creative leader responsible for defining and driving the creative vision for Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC. This role shapes how both clubs show up across every touchpoint—ensuring a cohesive, innovative, and culturally relevant presence that deepens fan connection and drives business impact.
The ECD sets the philosophy, standards, and long-term direction of creative across the organization, translating business objectives into breakthrough ideas—and ensuring those ideas are executed consistently at a high level. The Creative Project Manager unlocks the full potential of our creative team by owning how work gets done. As the central operator across all creative output, this role brings clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-paced, high-demand environment—ensuring projects move from concept to delivery without friction.
At the core of this role is ownership of intake and prioritization with strong judgment, balancing matchday needs, revenue-driving design and production initiatives, and long-term brand work to ensure the right projects are moving at the right time. POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the Business Strategy & Analytics team, the Marketing Manager, Fan Retention is responsible for executing targeted and engaging marketing campaigns across various stages of the fan lifecycle to drive retention growth of our Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC Membership base. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this role will have ownership over all campaigns and communications to our members. This role is focused on implementing strategies and campaigns that drive member satisfaction, member show rate, upgrades, and generate fan loyalty through personalized and data-driven initiatives. Cross-departmental collaboration, understanding of club initiatives and priorities and the ability to create fan-forward campaigns and moments are key components of this role.
Success is defined by increased retention and show rate, a cohesive season-long communication strategy, and strong cross-functional execution across teams. The ideal candidate brings a fan-first mindset, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering clear, values-aligned communication.

POSITION SUMMARY
This internship consists of a full immersion in athletic training services for Seattle Reign FC. This will include pre- and post-training treatments, rehab programming and facilitation, training coverage, match day stretcher crew, and documentation. The intern will not travel with the team but is expected to be present at all home matches. The student will work closely with professional athletes, carrying out daily athletic training services under the guidance of the Medical Director, Head and Assistant Athletic Trainers. The student is expected to display their current athletic training skills while seeking opportunities to learn new skills. Clinical questions and discussions are encouraged. The intern may have the opportunity to observe the team physician when on site. Professionalism and maturity are always expected while around staff and athletes. The internship will serve toward clinical credit for a CAATE accredited program.
Hours:
The Internship schedule will follow the team schedule which is subject to change at any time. The Intern will be asked to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights. The intern will have off when the team is off but may be asked to assist with non-travel rehabs and trainings. The student can expect to work an average 30-35 hours per week. Further details will be provided upon release of the schedule.
Dates:
The internship will ideally span the entirety of the NWSL season but understanding that each MSAT program has different clinical rotation requirements, the start and end dates can be flexible. The intern must be enrolled in a CAATE accredited program for the entire internship.

Eligible candidates must be current Master’s level students who will receive school credit from their university for the entirety of the internship. Start and end dates will be determined with each intern.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Students will gain experience and work alongside our entire medical staff that consists of Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Internal Medicine Doctors, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
