The Opportunity

Seamless is looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Marketer who knows how to turn our product capabilities into clear, compelling value for revenue teams. You’ll drive go-to-market strategy, own messaging across our target personas (Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, RevOps), and help launch products that connect directly to pipeline and growth.

You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Revenue Ops, and the broader Marketing team to ensure we're not just building features, we’re launching solutions that land.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning & messaging for key product lines like our core data product, bulk credit packages, platform features, buyer intent, job changes and API access
• Launch products and features end-to-end. From internal enablement to campaign coordination and content creation
• Support demand gen and lifecycle campaigns with persona specific messaging and use case content that drives engagement and conversion
• Build sales enablement assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, talk tracks, and objection handling for SDRs and AEs
• Conduct competitor research & win/loss analysis to shape positioning and uncover GTM opportunities
• Work cross-functionally to align product releases with marketing calendar, GTM priorities, and internal workflows
• Test and optimize product messaging across site, campaigns, and sales collateral 

Skillset

• Deep understanding of sales/marketing/recruiting personas and how they buy
• Experience launching high-velocity GTM motions (freemium, product-led, API-integrated offerings a plus)
• Proven track record working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Strong writing and storytelling skills—able to break down technical topics into clear business value
• Bonus: experience with sales tools, RevOps tech, or contact data platforms

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Database Performance Engineer to join our Engineering Infrastructure team at Seamless.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing database performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance across our high-traffic data systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless data flow, sub-second query times, and high availability across our PostgreSQL and OpenSearch clusters.

Your work will have a direct impact on system performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency as you identify, resolve, and prevent bottlenecks in mission-critical data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the health, performance, and reliability of our PostgreSQL and OpenSearch environments in production.
• Design, manage, and validate backup and recovery processes, including routine backup monitoring, restore testing, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Analyze and optimize slow queries, indexing strategies, and execution plans across both PostgreSQL and OpenSearch.
• Improve database performance for large-scale datasets (1TB+), with a focus on latency, throughput, storage efficiency, and stability.
• Lead data modeling and schema design decisions to support scalable application growth and reporting needs.
• Design and optimize indexing, partitioning, and data access patterns for high-volume workloads.
• Partner with engineering to improve how applications interact with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch, including query design and performance best practices.
• Monitor database health and proactively address issues related to replication, storage growth, resource utilization, and query performance.
• Troubleshoot production incidents involving database performance, search performance, and data integrity, and drive root cause resolution.
• Recommend and implement improvements to architecture, tooling, and processes that increase scalability and reduce operational risk.

Skillset

• Strong hands-on experience managing PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch in production, including query tuning and index optimization.
• Deep experience with query optimization, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning for large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and indexing strategies.
• Experience supporting databases with high data volume and growth, ideally in environments with datasets of 1TB+.

Lead Growth Engineer

The Opportunity

Seamless is hiring a Lead Growth Engineer to help make the product itself the primary driver of adoption, expansion, and revenue.

This is a senior, high-ownership role at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, design experiments, ship product improvements, and measure the results.

Your work will directly influence activation, retention, and monetization by improving onboarding, simplifying workflows, and creating natural upgrade opportunities within the product experience.

This is a founding role within growth engineering at Seamless. You will help establish how experimentation, product instrumentation, and growth-driven product development operate across the platform. The Lead Growth Engineer will lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical direction, coaching, and accountability as the function grows.

You will report to the Head of Product Led Growth and work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to turn growth ideas into shipped product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding experiences that help new users reach meaningful product value quickly
• Build and optimize core product workflows that increase repeat usage and habit formation
• Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, and retention using product data and user behavior insights
• Generate and execute product experiments to test improvements to the customer journey
• Ship experiments frequently and iterate quickly based on real user behavior and data insights
• Own growth initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis creation through deployment and measurement
• Implement and maintain experimentation infrastructure including feature flags and product instrumentation
• Use product analytics to evaluate experiment outcomes and identify new opportunities for improvement
• Simplify complex workflows through automation, guided interactions, and thoughtful defaults
• Help establish scalable engineering patterns and experimentation practices that support long-term product-led growth

Skillset

• Senior full-stack engineering experience, ideally with a frontend focus on user-facing systems
• Strong experience building production applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to improve onboarding, activation, retention, or other self-serve product experiences
• Experience designing and running product experiments including A/B testing and feature flag implementations
• Familiarity with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Amplitude and GrowthBook (or similar tools)
• Strong product instincts and ability to reason about user behavior, growth loops, and product usage patterns
• Ability to translate product hypotheses into technical experiments quickly and iteratively
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate experiment outcomes and guide product decisions
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where experimentation and rapid iteration are core to product development
