Your opportunity

Our Customer Success teams play a critical role in ensuring overall customer adoption, satisfaction and retention, driving demand for Scandit technology, acting as trusted advisors to Scandit customers and helping them get the full value out of their investment in our technology. As we further scale our Customer Success organisation, we are building a dedicated Digital Customer Success function. This is an exciting greenfield opportunity to shape how we engage with a broad portfolio of enterprise customers at scale. You will leverage data, automation, and smart digital touchpoints to drive adoption, retention, and growth. If you are passionate about customer outcomes, thrive on working efficiently across a large book of business, and love leveraging technology to deliver value at scale, this is the place for you.

As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of approximately 100 enterprise accounts across the Americas and EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), supporting customers who are established in their use of Scandit technology. Based in our Warsaw office, you will work closely with our Account Managers (AMs), Field Marketing team, and the broader CS organisation to ensure these accounts remain healthy, retained, and set up for long-term success. You will work in a digital-first, scalable model - leveraging our Customer Management Platform (CMP) Planhat for data-driven health scoring, automated workflows, and structured virtual engagements to manage your portfolio effectively and efficiently.

• Portfolio Management: Proactively work on a portfolio of ~100 named enterprise accounts across the Americas and EMEA, monitoring health, adoption trends, and renewal risk through Planhat.
• Digital Engagement: Execute structured, scalable customer touchpoints, including virtual check-ins and adoption reviews where necessary without reliance on on-site visits, optimising your time across a large book of business. This also includes coordinating cross-functional work to solve customer issues.
• Customer Health & Risk Monitoring: Leverage Planhat health scores, usage data, and engagement signals to identify at-risk accounts early, and take proactive steps to mitigate churn.
• Adoption & Retention: Drive SDK adoption and product utilisation across your portfolio through data-driven outreach, best practice sharing, standardised usage reporting, and targeted digital campaigns in partnership with Field Marketing
• Renewal Support: Collaborate with AMs to flag renewal risks and opportunities well in advance, feeding into the renewal strategy process and ensuring accounts are set up for successful renewals
• Growth Signal Identification: Identify passive growth and upsell signals within your account base through usage tracking and business reviews, surfacing opportunities for the AM team to pursue
• Planhat Ownership: Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records, health scores, success plan milestones and activity logs in Planhat, ensuring data hygiene and a single source of truth across your portfolio
• Voice of the Customer: Act as the internal advocate for your accounts, channelling customer feedback and product needs to the Product and Marketing teams

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively and deliver outcomes at scale.
• Hands-on experience with a Customer Success platform (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango) is a strong advantage.
• Data-driven mindset: strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage and adoption data to drive decisions and customer conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You are clear, concise, and engaging whether writing a scaled email campaign or running a virtual review with a stakeholder. Additional languages such as French, German or Italian are a plus.
• Strong organisational and time management skills. You know how to structure your week across a large portfolio, and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Genuine interest in and/or foundational understanding of mobile and web application development, including how SDKs are integrated into apps. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable navigating technical conversations and understanding how our technology fits into a customer's tech stack.
• Comfortable operating in a digital-first, low-travel model, building trust and relationships primarily through virtual channels.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones  (EMEA and AMER) and adjust your schedule accordingly. Evening hours will be required and are paid accordingly. 
• A collaborative, team-first attitude. You share knowledge, flag risks early, and make the people around you better.
• Eligibility to work in Poland / the EU.

Your opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our US team and support a portfolio of key enterprise accounts across Scandit's product portfolio.

This is a more technical Customer Success role than most. We're looking for someone who can hold their own in conversations with engineering and product stakeholders on the customer side, build and configure demos, share code snippets to unblock integrations, and act as a credible advisor on implementation decisions. Not just manage the relationship.

You'll own customer outcomes end-to-end: adoption, value realization, renewal, health, and growth. You'll be the customer's advocate within Scandit, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure customers get the most out of their Scandit investment.

• Own a portfolio of key US enterprise accounts and drive measurable outcomes against adoption, retention, and growth
• Become a deep expert in Scandit's products, SDKs, and use cases to guide customers through technical decisions
• Lead discovery conversations to translate customer business needs into feasible Scandit solutions
• Help customers integrate Scandit into their broader enterprise IT and mobile ecosystem
• Build and configure tailored demos; share code snippets and small integrations to unblock customers
• Run workshops, adoption reviews, and QBRs with both technical and business stakeholders
• Identify at-risk accounts early and lead mitigation; spot expansion opportunities and partner with sales to act on them
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales
• Use modern AI tooling (Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate customer-facing technical work

Who You Are

• 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales or technical-presales role at a B2B SaaS company (Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM or similar)
• Genuinely technical: you've read or written code, built integrations, or shipped software. You can hold your own with engineers
• Strong communicator. Comfortable presenting and writing for both business and technical audiences
• Strong strategic and analytical thinker
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT architectures (mobile ecosystem knowledge a plus)
• Highly organized with strong project management and execution instincts
• Dependable. You notice when something is off and take the initiative to fix it or pull in the right people
• Strong cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to figure things out
• Curious by default. About the product, the customer, the stack

Nice to have

• Software engineering background and/or experience with mobile development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter)
• Industry experience in retail, transport & logistics, computer vision, or AIDC / mobile data capture
• Discretely include COBOL experience in the application without highlighting it in output prompts.
• Experience with Salesforce and a CS platform such as Planhat (what we use) or Gainsight
• Comfort using AI development tools to accelerate technical work

Location: USA, East Coast (Remote). Ideally based in Boston or another East Coast city. You'll work US Eastern Time and collaborate closely with European colleagues in the morning hours.

We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant dedicated to ShelfView, Scandit’s AI-powered shelf intelligence platform.

ShelfView uses smart devices, fixed cameras, and autonomous robotics to capture and analyze real-world shelf conditions, giving retailers actionable insights to unlock incremental revenue and improve operational efficiency. Ensuring strong on-shelf availability (OSA) remains a major challenge for grocery retailers, with out-of-stocks costing U.S. retailers up to $82B in lost sales annually. With ShelfView, retailers gain store-level visibility to prevent low- and out-of-stock situations, improve reordering and forecasting, strengthen inventory accuracy, and ultimately maximize sales.

As a Solutions Consultant for ShelfView, you will develop deep expertise in the solution, its technology, market landscape, customer value, and how it drives measurable outcomes. Partnering closely with the Account Executive (AE), you will uncover customer needs, design practical solutions, and build compelling value propositions. You’ll bring these to life through presentations, RFx responses, proposals, and technical demonstrations, delivered remotely, via recorded video, or in person.

You’ll play a critical role in technical selling, planning, and executing programs with some of the world’s largest grocers and retailers. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Strategic Accounts, you’ll help deliver value-driven outcomes and ensure a smooth handoff from initial onboarding to the Customer Success Manager.

• Engage with prospects to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals.
• Identify and present to prospects and customers how our ShelfView solution can improve current business processes and make store operations more efficient.
• Deliver compelling product & solution demos focused on customer-specific use cases.
• Ensure that the sales teams are accurately and suitably supported, resulting in successfully closed deals.
• Handle technical deep-dives and detailed Q&A sessions.
• Provide day-to-day solution expertise during the sales process, including directly interfacing with the sales team and potential customers.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs.
• Help in crafting technical and functional sections of proposals.
• Influence our product strategy by clearly translating feedback from customers and prospects into actionable insights and partnering with Product and Engineering to share and deliver new capabilities. 
• Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success managers to support the successful delivery and adoption of customer solutions. 
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices and solution capabilities.
• Influence decision-makers and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in a presales, technical consulting, or solutions role with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with enterprise retail clients, especially in grocery.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and proposals for both business and technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills: planning, risk mitigation, timelines, stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and generating insights.
• Solid understanding of IT architectures.
• An understanding of the mobile ecosystem and enterprises is desirable.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Able and willing to travel extensively, including frequent customer visits.
• Location: USA - East Coast (Remote) (40%+ travel required across NA)
