Job Title: Residential Mental Health Therapist
Location: Crownsville, Maryland
Work Environment: Teen Residential Treatment Program
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site, Sunday - Thursday, 9am-5pm
Compensation Range: $78,000 - $93,500 (Dependent on Licensure / Experience)
About The Role
As a Residential Mental Health Therapist, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans and empower clients to achieve their recovery goals.

Position: Assistant Site Director
Location: Crownsville, MD
Work Environment: Teen Residential Treatment Center
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 Annual Salary + Full Time Benefits
Benefits:
The Assistant Site Director supports the Site Director in overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities within our multi-house Teen Residential Treatment facility. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality client care, efficient workflow, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Assistant Site Director will also take on a leadership role in fostering professional development, improving clinical processes, and maintaining a positive, client-centered environment

Location: Crownsville, MD
Work Environment: Teen Residential Treatment Facility
Schedule: Full-Time Onsite, Monday-Friday (10a-6p or 11a-7p), and rotating weekend schedule
Compensation: $78,000 - $93,500 (Dependent on Licensure / Experience)
About the Job:
In this position you are making a significant and direct impact on a generation who are growing up with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders -They (and their families) need support. Our programming is designed to meet adolescents where they are, and structure their care to individualize who they are as a person. We know there are no cookie cutter solutions, so beyond individual therapy we are also providing, group therapy with their peers, family therapy, experiential/social activities, and life skill / academic development.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field)
