THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, our Video Producer  will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be the operational heartbeat of our fast-growing and high-performing Creative & Content Team. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for video production on our team. Specifically, you’ll excel in: 

• End-to-End Production Management: Lead the full lifecycle of video projects from initial ideation and pre-production through filming, editing, and final distribution.
• Creative Strategy & Storytelling: Establish and maintain a strong creative point of view for our videos, defining the style, pacing, and tone of video narratives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content writers and the Creative team to translate complex technical concepts or business objectives into compelling visual storyboards, and collaborate with product marketing, product, and other stakeholders as appropriate to ensure accuracy, project alignment and execution.
• On-Set Leadership: Direct on-set production by managing talent, coordinating film crews, and overseeing technical logistics for both in-studio and field locations.
• Post-Production Oversight: Oversee or execute high-quality editing workflows, including motion graphics, color grading, and sound design, to ensure a polished final product.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies and vendors, including negotiating rates and authoring Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Platform Optimization: Tailor and optimize video assets for various digital platforms—from short-form social media to long-form educational content—to maximize engagement.
• Stakeholder Diplomacy: Facilitate the review process by vetting and prioritizing feedback from multiple stakeholders, resolving creative conflicts, and advocating for production quality.
• Resource & Budget Tracking: Manage production funds efficiently, providing comprehensive overviews of project expenses and ensuring work is executed in a highly optimized manner.

You’ll act as both a hands-on creator and producer. Whether you are following a customer story in the field, directing a high-stakes product launch in a studio, or collaborating with content writers and cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine video deliverables, you bring a sharp "point of view" and an obsession with quality. THE SKILL SET:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in video production roles within an agency, in-house creative team, or production house.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and a solid grasp of color grading and sound design.
• Cinematography Expertise: Hands-on experience with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, RED, or Blackmagic) and technical settings like RAW/Log and frame rates.
• Strategic Thinking: The ability to "extract the human narrative" from technical meetings and translate it into a visual storyboard.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational habits with experience managing production budgets, SOWs, and licensing rights.
• Autonomy: A self-starter mentality, comfortable with frequent travel and the ability to identify stories as they unfold in real-time.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Advanced Motion Graphics: Proficiency in After Effects or Cinema 4D.
• Aerial Cinematography: Licensed drone pilot with experience in cinematic capture.
• Global Production: Experience managing localization for international video markets.
• AI Video Tools: Familiarity with emerging AI tools to streamline production and editing workflows.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Creative Program Manager will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing as the operations heartbeat of our fast-growing and high-performing Creative & Content team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the creative operations of our team.  Specifically, you’ll excel in: 

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Drive the full lifecycle of creative and content projects related to brand, product, go-to-market campaigns, demand gen campaigns and events. Manage everything from initial briefing to final delivery while maintaining ownership and accountability for keeping projects on track, ensuring critical project milestones and timelines are met.
• Brand Store Management: Manage the creation and distribution of branded merchandise (clothing and swag). Collaborate with the Creative & Content team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure beautiful, high quality merchandise.  
• Operational Infrastructure: Own and optimize the creative tech stack (Monday.com), establishing scalable intake processes, automated workflows, and documentation systems that increase transparency.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Develop data-backed forecasting models to anticipate project demand, managing the balance between internal team bandwidth and external freelancer/agency support.
• Data-Driven Insights: Build and manage reporting dashboards to track "studio health" metrics—including team utilization, SLAs, and delivery speed—transforming raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary connective tissue between Creative & Content, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring projects are prioritized according to business impact and brand strategy.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Navigate high-pressure decision-making with executives while managing external vendors to ensure technical requirements and design intent are met.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives and identify operational bottlenecks to constantly iterate on team communication, tools, and processes.
• Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations for specialized functions, such as video studios or event creative systems, including production calendars and post-production delivery.
• Innovation & Automation: Champion the use of AI-driven tools and automation to reduce manual overhead, streamlining operations to unlock more time for the creative process.

• System Mastery: Expert proficiency in project management platforms (Monday.com), specifically regarding system configuration and automation.
• Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to visualize data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to drive strategic recommendations.
• Production Fluency: Deep understanding of the creative lifecycle across digital, video, and physical/event production (familiarity with CAD or 3D fabrication is a plus).
• Capacity Modeling: Skilled in resource forecasting and headcount planning based on project volume and historical data.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a talent for translating complex creative needs into structured project plans for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
• AI Integration: A forward-thinking approach to incorporating AI and automation into creative workflows to improve efficiency.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Direct experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud to better understand designer workflows.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM (Scrum Master), or platform-specific certifications.
• Experience managing global creative programs across multiple time zones.
• A background in change management, particularly leading software migrations or organizational shifts.
