The Role:
The Performance Operations team at Rimes are accountable for the monitoring, investigation and remediation of data quality issues in the foundational data. This involves a thorough understanding of the data pipeline, and communication with external Data Partners.
Members of the team are responsible for diagnosing issues quickly, and subsequently liaising with Data Partners or else fixing/suggesting fixes internally. During this process there is also a responsibility to ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress, and that requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
As an Associate within the team, you would support the Performance Operations team by monitoring and investigating data quality issues, liaising with Data Partners and internal teams, and helping ensure clients are kept informed while requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

The Pipeline Operations first-line team proactively monitors exceptions based on timeliness and data quality in a top-down manner, alongside managing our clients’ ever-changing priorities and corresponding queries. The Opportunity
Join our global Client Services team as an Associate Consultant within the EDM Change function, supporting the delivery of onboarding and change activity for our EDMaaS clients. Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll help ensure client changes are delivered consistently, governed appropriately, and transitioned smoothly into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
You’ll build a strong foundation in change governance, documentation, and operational processes—contributing to impact assessments, maintaining client runbooks, and coordinating updates across teams. As your capability grows, you’ll begin to triage and deliver low- to mid-complexity change requests independently, escalating risks and issues for review and learning how to communicate progress and impacts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious about financial data and enjoys structured delivery in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain exposure across clients, datasets, and service types while developing the skills and confidence to progress into broader ownership of change delivery, deeper subject-matter expertise, and future leadership opportunities within the EDM Change team.

About the Role
Rimes is experiencing rapid growth, with the volume and complexity of new customer deals and strategic partnerships increasing each year. At Rimes, Managed Services are viewed as an integral part of the implementation lifecycle for every customer. We are seeking a successful candidate to help scale our infrastructure services within the managed services sector.
The role involves supporting our Application, Infrastructure, and Data Delivery offerings for an exposure management platform and a mission-critical desktop trading application used by a growing global customer base of asset owners and fund managers.

Rimes Managed Services is responsible for managing infrastructure, applications, and data delivery for each of our customers. Our managed services are as much about processes and implementing change as they are about investments and technology.
As part of Rimes Managed Services, you will join a growing team of technical specialists who support the application. You will undertake a variety of tasks to support existing client platforms and assist implementation teams with development work.
The role is both technical and client-facing, involving tasks such as technical root cause analysis, development work, and direct communication with our customers to address and resolve issues.
