ABOUT THE ROLE:
Under the general supervision of the Sr. Clinical Manager, the Clinical Guide Behavioral Health RN performs clinical triage, high-risk outreach, condition support, care planning, clinical education, and care coordination to support Rightway members in navigating and accessing care.
This role supports members across both behavioral and physical health needs, including conditions such as anxiety, depression, and chronic disease. ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Strategic Client Liaison serves as the first point of contact (FPOC) for client escalations, feedback, and operational alignment, playing a critical role in bridging client needs with Rightway’s delivery capabilities. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, Client Success will lead Rightway’s growing Client Success (CS) team within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) line of business and will be responsible for the overall retention, satisfaction, and growth of the book of business. Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the PBM Member Experience team at Rightway. This team owns the surfaces our members interact with: mobile (React Native), web (React), and the APIs that power them (Node.js/NestJS, gRPC, PostgreSQL).
This isn't a "write features to spec" role. Our senior engineers own initiatives end-to-end: they shape architecture, define technical direction, unblock other engineers, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams. You'll partner directly with product and design to make scope and sequencing decisions, not just implement them. You'll be the person your teammates come to when they're stuck, and you'll build the documentation, patterns, and tooling so they get stuck less often.

We’re seeking a driven, analytically strong Product Manager to lead the continued evolution of Rightway’s Client Portal — the customer-facing application that enables employers to access performance data, track implementation progress, collaborate with Rightway, and understand the impact of their pharmacy benefit.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer to help design and build a PBM Financial Risk Engine that brings together claims, contract terms, pricing and utilization data to support financial forecasting, risk assessment and performance monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in dbt and analytics engineering and who enjoys working at the intersection of healthcare economics, PBM operations and data modeling. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our financial risk engine data models, onboarding new data sources and optimizing existing data sources and packaging the data in a way that promotes seamless reporting while paving a way for innovation through advanced analytics. This role will involve delivering and analyzing PBM financial data for various analytics use cases within our Unified Data Warehouse (UDW) and productionalizing AI and ML solutions through the curated data to drive impactful healthcare insights.
