What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, B2C, to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives. This is a key role that impacts our e-commerce operations and the company's ability to generate increased revenue. As Senior Product Manager, you will wake up every morning thinking about how to convert more of our website visitors into Resident clients. You will conceptualize and execute complex UI/UX changes that will drive conversion rate improvements. You will own this process end-to-end, including designing and measuring impact, and will work closely with our development and Data teams.

What we do:
Our DevOps team is responsible for the Resident platforms end-to-end, from cloud infrastructure to production delivery. We build and operate the systems that enable engineering teams to move fast and safely, while ensuring high standards of reliability, security, performance, and scalability. Through automation, strong architecture, and secure-by-design practices, we continuously improve how we deploy, monitor, and protect our production environments.
What you will be doing:
As the sole DevSecOps owner within the DevOps team, you will take end-to-end responsibility for improving the security of our cloud and production environments. You will design and implement security controls across AWS/GCP- from hardening infrastructure and securing Kubernetes to ensure our platform stays secure as it scales.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as DevOps, R&D, Product, and Data to embed security into the way we build software. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact, takes ownership of cross-team initiatives, is curious and eager to learn, and enjoys driving improvements that raise the security bar across the company.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week at our R&D site in Tel Aviv.

About the Role:
The Director of AI Enablement & Applications for Customer Experience owns how AI is applied, operationalized, and optimized across Resident's CX ecosystem. This role ensures AI-powered experiences across voice, chat, and messaging deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and cost, while maintaining a high-quality, human-centered brand experience.
Serving as the connective tissue between Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations, this role translates customer needs and agent workflows into actionable AI use cases, operating standards, and success metrics. It also oversees the full CS technology stack, ensuring tools are configured, integrated, and continuously improved to support team performance and operational goals.
