Position Description:
The Client Account Representative (CAR) serves as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting the administration of client giving vehicles (e.g., DAFs, Trusts) and ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and reporting. This role contributes to client retention and operational consistency by delivering reliable, accurate service and maintaining high-quality client interactions both internally and externally. The use of minimal, controlled AI tools supports improved efficiency and responsiveness while preserving strong judgment, data integrity, and a client-centric experience.
This position is a temporary assignment, designed to support business needs while providing an opportunity to build foundational knowledge, skills, and experience within Client Services & Operations.

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role with two equally important mandates: make our advisor-facing sales motion as productive and scalable as it can be, while building the next generation of professional channel relationships that bring charitable planning into rooms where it doesn't yet have a seat.

The Client Account Representative is solution-oriented, organized, and precise, serving as a primary point of contact for our clients. This individual is responsible for understanding recorded financial transactions for client giving vehicles (i.e. DAFs, Trusts, etc.), philanthropic industry rules and regulations, and administering all aspects of managing client programs. A positive attitude enables the Client Account Representative to build strong client relationships and work as a cross-functional internal team member. Understanding client’s needs and programs allows the Client Account Representative to improve on existing processes and procedures. This position is a combination of transaction processing and oversight, problem-solving, and ongoing communication with clients.
