- An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration.
- An in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance

- Writes and speaks fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned cases through effective utilization of case management and billing systems
- Provide guidance for specific travel needs, counsel on the immigration process, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases
- Provide legal and strategic guidance on service delivery of immigration compliance to our clients
- Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists in all areas of work
- Assist leadership in the management of large projects
- Regularly monitor the Mobility dashboard, communication and help channels to ensure response times adhere to our SLAs and status is accurately reported for client and colleague visibility
- Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation and efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze, prepare and submit visa/work permit applications
- Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators
- Actively contribute to documentation for training material of new service offerings and support training rollouts to other departments in process changes
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes, and control internal documentation

The Mobility Coordinator is a key member of our operational team, supporting immigration processes and playing a leading role in vendor management. The Mobility Coordinators are responsible for onboarding new external vendors in collaboration with our Procurement team and reconciling vendor invoices in collaboration with Mobility Specialists. Mobility Coordinators also assist the team with fundamental immigration compliance, including Right to Work (RTW) checks, expiring document reviews, and immigration audits.

Requirements
- 2 years experience in an administrative role (preferably in a Global Mobility, Immigration, or HR-related capacity)
- Previous experience with invoice reconciliation and vendor-client communication is essential
- Team player with the ability to take direction and then work independently
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage workload across multiple tech platforms
- Enjoys finding ways to improve and speed up their work through process improvements and automation, and familiar with using AI tools in the workplace
- Writes and speaks fluent English, additional languages are a plus
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- Experience with Coupa or similar spend management software is a plus
Key responsibilities
- Verify and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure data accuracy
- Support various compliance requirements, including immigration audits, physical document checking and arranging couriers, and expiring document verification
- Coordinate basic Right to Work checks following structured guidelines, including face-to-face and 3rd party verification as needed
- Partner closely with the Mobility managers to own tasks that ensure streamlined operations for the Mobility team
- Support the Mobility Specialists with issuing immigration-related documentation, as needed
- Collaborate on ad-hoc, cross-team Operations projects, including onboarding, off-boarding, and contract amendments, as needed

- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, particularly with a focus on immigration
- A comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and the typical processes involved in ensuring immigration compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to demonstrate composure and efficiency under pressure, maintaining high-performance standards during seasons of increased workloads
- Experience in the technology sector or a company undergoing rapid growth and scaling is highly desirable
- Flexible and adaptable team player who can seamlessly shift in response to evolving priorities or changing processes
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience, with a strong emphasis on communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse client bases
- A strong interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws, eager to develop expertise.
- Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal oversight is an advantage
- Must write and speak English fluently (additional languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
- Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
- Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes, and control internal documentation.
- Appropriately handle escalations, analyze when the senior-level review is required, determine solutions, and guide stakeholders to a timely resolution.
- Guide for specific travel needs, counsel on the immigration process, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
- Control case statuses by effectively utilizing case management and billing systems.
- Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses when dealing with complex client cases.
- Be a team player who can work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
- Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation.
