About the Team:
The Accounting team at Relativity spans tax and compliance, financial operations, general ledger, and business data strategy. While each group brings unique insights, they are united by a shared goal of protecting the financial integrity of Relativity, while also enabling smarter, faster decisions to help the company scale. You’ll collaborate deeply with teams across the business, ask the right questions, and become a trusted partner, not just a processor. About the Role:
- Prepare general ledger journal entries for month-end close
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, including identifying and resolving variances
- Prepare explanations for monthly flux analyses • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
- Assist in year-end audit by providing external auditors with supporting documentation
- Assist in developing internal process improvements, including documenting processes
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience from public accounting or private industry sectors (both a plus!)
- Strong understanding and knowledge of US GAAP • Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to haves but not required:
- Big 4 / regional firm audit / assurance experience (strongly preferred)
- Certified Public Accounting (CPA), active or inactive
- Hands-on experience in the financial close process
- Fast-growing start-ups and/or manufacturing industry experience

About the Team:
The Finance & Strategy team works cross-functionally and supports growth, innovation, strategic initiatives, and capital investments. It's a highly impactful and dynamic team that focuses on business strategy, financial plans including budgets and our long-term strategic plan, KPI development and management, materials for our Board of Directors, fundraising and corporate development activities. The Supply Chain Finance team plays a mission-critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and strategic visibility across materials planning, inventory management, and manufacturing cost systems.
About the Role:
- Lead the Supply Chain Finance team, setting strategic direction for inventory financial planning, materials spend management, and manufacturing and bill of materials cost analysis.
- Drive end to end improvements across finance, supply chain, and materials management regarding financial management of the bill of materials capturing evolutions of the vehicle over time.
- Establish frameworks for tracking and analyzing inventory movements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with MRP systems.
- Oversee BOM to MRP comparison and reconciliation efforts, ensuring material requirements align with engineering specifications and production plans, while directing root cause analysis to explain variances between actual manufacturing consumption rates and BOM standards while driving corrective actions.
- Build and maintain sophisticated cost models that incorporate cost reduction curves across product blocks and flight units, extrapolating discrete unit costs and scaling assumptions over time.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to validate and update BOM assumptions, cost drivers, and manufacturing rate projections.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline with 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting in aerospace, manufacturing, or other related industries.
- Deep understanding of MRP/MES systems, BOM structures, inventory management principles, and manufacturing cost accounting.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models incorporating cost reduction curves, learning curves, and manufacturing scaling assumptions.
- Strong experience with variance analysis, cost reconciliation, and root cause analysis in manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues in complex ERP/MRP environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy, coupled with strong communication abilities to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to haves but not required:
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques (additive manufacturing, DED, composite materials)
- Experience with manufacturing insourcing/outsourcing transitions and make-vs-buy financial analysis
- Experience with SQL and relational databases for querying, analyzing, and validating data from ERP systems
- Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments

The Finance team spans FP&A, corporate development, and business operations, combining financial rigor with deep technical context. From shaping the company’s long-term strategy to supporting capital raises and driving operational insights, this team sits at the center of critical decision-making. About the Role:
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to drive robust financial planning and operational alignment
- Lead financial reviews with senior leadership, highlighting key cost variances, performance drivers, and emerging trends
- Collaborate with Program Finance and Operations to ensure financial accuracy and alignment across factory activities
- Advance process improvements related to factory finance operations, cost management, and spend analytics
- Design and scale reporting tools and dashboards that enhance visibility into inventory health and material cost performance
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related discipline and 5+ years of FP&A, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or other related business experience is required
- Experience in manufacturing
- Proficient in Excel
- Financial reporting skills required
- General experience with enterprise applications (ERP, EPM, etc.)
- General understanding of relational databases and basic SQL for querying and analyzing data
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience in corporate startup FP&A working with supply chain is a plus
- Familiarity with additional manufacturing-based enterprise applications (e.g., MES, MRP, etc.)
- Familiarity with dashboarding/reporting tools (Tableau preferred)

About the Team:
The Finance & Strategy team works cross-functionally and supports growth, innovation, strategic initiatives, and capital investments. It's a highly impactful and dynamic team that focuses on business strategy, financial plans including budgets and our long-term strategic plan, KPI development and management, materials for our Board of Directors, fundraising and corporate development activities. Relativity is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join the Finance & Strategy team. You will report directly to the Manager of Business Operations and will have high visibility across the organization while partnering closely with Senior Leadership. You will work with a team of ambitious, smart, and driven people while managing a wide range of responsibilities that directly support the success and health of the business.
About the Role:
- Work closely with multi-discipline manufacturing, engineering, construction, facility, and operations team members to process, document, and track invoices, update project budgets and maintain forecasts.
- Operate efficiently and effectively to support Relativity's Manufacturing strategy, including developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, while partnering with engineering, program management, infrastructure, and operations.
- Manage project performance by reviewing labor and materials actuals, supporting analysis of actuals vs. plan, schedule status, cost/schedule integration and performance, corrective action plans, performance recovery plans, and baseline planning.
- Serve as the strategic finance business partner to Engineering, Project Managers, and leadership by translating business requirements into financial implications, evaluating trade-offs, and guiding resource allocation decisions.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to the rest of the organization by driving key trade decisions, assessing the financial and operating impact of our decisions, and strategically driving the best outcome for the business.
- Analyze complex production issues and support engineering in deriving smart and scrappy solutions to keep to production schedule, cost, and quality goals.
- Support strategic initiatives including business case development, capital investment analysis, make vs. buy evaluations, and ad-hoc financial modeling to inform critical business decisions.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other related discipline and 3-5 years of experience of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience, preferably in aerospace, technology, manufacturing, construction, or other capital-intensive industries.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills with demonstrated ability to build complex models, perform variance analysis, and translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Outstanding ability to synthesize information from large and complex data sets, identify trends and anomalies, and distill findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - including the ability to translate complex and ambiguous engineering and production requirements into clear and actionable financial decisions.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities that can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial planning tools (Planful, Hyperion, or similar), familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience with manufacturing systems within the aerospace industry
- Familiar with aerospace planning, procedures and operations, and safety

- Review and approve fixed asset transactions and journal entries in a manufacturing environment (including but not limited to: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals) for month-end close
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to build out fixed asset tagging process across 3 sites
- Review monthly/quarterly/annual fixed asset roll forwards
- Prepare and review explanations for monthly flux analyses
- Manage internal fixed asset roadmap and work cross functionally to enhance full cycle fixed asset management process
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding fixed asset-related inquiries and documentation
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience, with exposure to high volume fixed asset transactions
- Technical understanding of fixed asset accounting under GAAP
- Proven leader with strong communication, financial data analysis skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement
- Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Nice to haves but not required:
