The Points Guy’s Digital Sales Manager Role will be responsible for generating partnerships with clients and agencies to achieve The Points Guy’s digital sales targets and objectives. The Digital Sales Manager Role is responsible for maintaining relationships and proactively growing new strategic business with key lifestyle, luxury goods, hotel, airline, cruise, and destination marketing clients. This role will own those conversations, strategic client pitches, proposal responses, and conference attendance throughout the year. The person in this role is responsible for helping to implement TPG’s sales strategy to align all parties to build our business.
The Digital Sales Manager Role will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts through all presale phases of the sales cycle, collaborating with Integrated Marketing, Account Management, Creative and Sales Ops departments where needed. The YouTube Channel Strategist is the architect of our channel's long-term growth: channel positioning, audience development, content architecture, publishing cadence and monetization strategy. This is not a production role. It connects business goals to audience insights, maps content pillars to subscriber journeys and defines what kind of channel TPG is building on YouTube and why.
You'll sit on the social team and work closely with the video production team on execution.

The TikTok / Instagram Reels Strategist owns the thinking behind TPG’s short-form presence. You’re deciding what gets made, why it matters and how it ladders up to both editorial and business goals. You track the algorithm like it’s a beat. You build a calendar that’s proactive, not reactive. You turn performance into direction, not just reporting. And you have strong instincts to know when to follow the signal, and when to ignore it.

Success in this role looks like a short-form presence that feels intentional, not reactive. The content consistently shows up in the right moments: early to trends, aligned with platform behavior and clearly connected to TPG’s editorial priorities. There’s a strong, recognizable point of view across TikTok and Reels, with formats and storytelling approaches that are distinctly “ours,” not interchangeable with competitors. You can point to what’s working, why it’s working and how that insight is shaping what comes next.
Just as important, success shows up in how decisions get made. The content calendar is proactive and grounded in strategy, briefs are clear enough to unlock better creative and performance reporting leads to real changes: scaling what resonates, refining what’s close and cutting what doesn’t. Over time, this role builds something the algorithm can't replicate: a recognizable presence that earns attention because it's genuinely useful, not just timely.
