We're looking for a positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid Market Acquisitions team in Amsterdam! In addition to laying the foundation of the team, the Client Partner will be responsible for prospecting and establishing net new partnerships with key brands across France, Italy, and Spain, and ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.

Please note that this role is required to work in-person from our Amsterdam office.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prospect into and collaborate with prospective customers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve those customers’ marketing and business goals
• Establish new relationships, acquire new clients (both direct and agency-driven), and bring them onto the platform in a way that sets them up for long-term success
• Identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close
• Collaborate with Account Managers to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit
• Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor
• Communicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications: 

• 4-7 years of experience in digital media with at least 1-3 years of experience in sales
• French (Required): Native-level fluency (written and verbal).
• Spanish & Italian (Preferred): While not required, being able to communicate in Spanish or Italian is considered a strong asset for this role.
• High familiarity with sales tools for research, prospecting, prioritization, and client outreach at scale
• Established and proven network within the French local market (media agencies, brands, and key decision-makers) is a significant advantage
• A hunger for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business 
• Ability to manage a book of business greater than 30 accounts
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Catalog System Scaling - In order to support larger and more sophisticated advertisers, we must scale our system to support millions of products per customer. You’ll have the opportunity to perform load testing, identify bottlenecks, and deploy optimizations to make these customers successful.
• Catalog Management - With millions of products, advertisers need tools to manage those products, identify errors, and build campaigns based on subsets of products.
• Product Enhancement - Leveraging AI, LLMs and Reddit organic data to make our products more appealing to users by showcasing products popular with Redditors, enhancing product image backgrounds with GenAI, and much more!
