We're looking for a positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid Market Acquisitions team in Amsterdam! In addition to laying the foundation of the team, the Client Partner will be responsible for prospecting and establishing net new partnerships with key brands across France, Italy, and Spain, and ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.
Please note that this role is required to work in-person from our Amsterdam office.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prospect into and collaborate with prospective customers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve those customers’ marketing and business goals
- Establish new relationships, acquire new clients (both direct and agency-driven), and bring them onto the platform in a way that sets them up for long-term success
- Identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit
- Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor
- Communicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital media with at least 1-3 years of experience in sales
- French (Required): Native-level fluency (written and verbal).
- Spanish & Italian (Preferred): While not required, being able to communicate in Spanish or Italian is considered a strong asset for this role.
- High familiarity with sales tools for research, prospecting, prioritization, and client outreach at scale
- Established and proven network within the French local market (media agencies, brands, and key decision-makers) is a significant advantage
- A hunger for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business
- Ability to manage a book of business greater than 30 accounts
- Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising

We are looking for a talented and driven individual to be a key part of our Analytics Engineering team within the Data Science organization, focused on the Sales and Marketing domain. We are looking for someone who can work closely with Data Scientists and members of Sales and Marketing cross-functional teams to curate, develop, and deploy the right data and analytic tooling to drive Reddit’s business forward and provide a data and tooling foundation that will last decades. This role sits at the intersection of Data Science and Data Engineering, and the ideal candidate has skills, experience, and passion in both areas.
Responsibilities:
- Be the Analytics Engineering lead within the Sales and Marketing organization and a key contributor to the success of Data Science data quality, performance, and automation initiatives.
- Be the data steward for Sales and Marketing: architect and improve the collection of underlying data while also creating ETLs, reporting dashboards, data aggregations and other deliverables needed for business tracking, advertiser outreach and acquisition, marketing campaigns, and other data-driven activities.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows for data ingestion, processing, and transformation. Work closely with engineering to ensure the quality and reliability of these data pipelines.
- Create user-friendly tools and applications for internal use across Data Science and cross-functional teams, streamlining data analysis and reporting processes. Drive widespread adoption of these tools and applications with a relentless focus on automation, consistency, and reliability.
- Lead transformational efforts to build a data-driven culture at Reddit by enabling data self-service.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, coaching and/or training to data scientists and other technical partners.
- Serve as a thought partner for data scientists, engineering managers, and leadership on data foundations, communicating and shaping the data foundations roadmap and strategy for Reddit.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, operations research, computer science, applied mathematics, economics, or physics
- For M.S. holders: 5+ years of industry experience working with large-scale ETL systems (implementation, strategy, and maintenance), building clean, maintainable, code and systems (Python preferred) in a production environment.
- For Ph.D. holders: 4+ years of industry experience working with large-scale ETL systems (implementation, strategy, and maintenance), building clean, maintainable, code and systems (Python preferred) in a production environment.
- Experience working in Sales and Marketing domains.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Scala, etc.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL and ELT concepts, and patterns for efficient data governance. Experience with manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with data workflows (such as Airflow), data modeling, front-end or back-end engineering.
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard design, including tools such as Looker, Tableau, R visualization packages, streamlit, D3, and other libraries, etc.
- Deep understanding of technical and functional designs for relational and MPP Databases.
- Proven track record of cross-functional execution and collaboration. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the company, of differing levels of technical acumen.
- Experience in mentoring junior data scientists and analytics engineers.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team.
