As a Business Development Representative, you’ll act as part of the sales team interfacing closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should be eager to advance in our organization and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts. You should have the confidence, discipline, and drive to hunt for new customers.
What You'll Do as a Business Development Representative:
- Surface and develop qualified sales opportunities
- Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationship
- Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
- Log activity consistently and reliably in Salesforce.com
- Work collaboratively with Account Executive team to develop territory and strengthen pipeline

The base salary range for this full-time position is $47,000 - $66,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. Senior Field Marketing Manager

Recorded Future is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Field Marketing Manager for East. In this role, you will drive pipeline growth and customer retention by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns exclusively for our targeted accounts. You will integrate advanced digital and data-driven strategies with a deep understanding of our products to ensure high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with both technical and business audiences
* Please note this role requires working from the Recorded Future Boston office at least 3 days per week
What You'll Do:
- Integrate with the sales, channel, and tech alliance teams, along with corporate marketing, to develop annual field marketing plans that support overall pipeline growth.
- Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, paid ads, product marketing, and other channels to effectively reach and engage the market.
- Plan, execute, and manage live field and partner events as part of the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to drive engagement and response rates.
- Develop and implement a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, assets, and signage for field marketing initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaign ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and expenses in an organized manner to maximize marketing impact.
- Communicate and educate the sales team on new and planned marketing activities across global, regional, and local programs.
- The majority of focus is dedicated to field marketing events (75%-80%) and in addition supporting and driving joint partner marketing activities (20-25%).
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in field and partner marketing initiatives; experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, multi-channel marketing, and inbound marketing strategy/execution.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and drive awareness and sales through strategic marketing programs.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to align tactical plans with overarching business strategies.
- Proficiency with key marketing and sales tools (including CRM and marketing automation platforms).
- Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.

Platform Engineer (CI/CD & Kubernetes Focus)

Recorded Future is seeking a skilled and motivated Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), Kubernetes, developer toolsets, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of modern Platform Engineering tools and practices, as well as a commitment to fostering a responsive, communicative, and collaborative environment. This is a role and team that enables Engineering to operate and build at the scale and pace of the ever changing Security Threat Landscape.
You will be curious, collaborative and build with existing tools and work with the team to identify new approaches, technologies, (including AI related capabilities) to allow your team and others to increase velocity and impact.
This role requires you to work in Recorded Future's Boston office at least 3 days per week.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Support the development and management of production Kubernetes clusters in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS to support scalable and secure applications.
- Administer and optimize source code repositories and workflows in GitHub.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance developer toolsets and streamline SDLC processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
- Implement best practices for security, reliability, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a platform engineering or similar role.
- Proficiency in Golang or Python for scripting and automation.
- Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Proven knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and experience with ArgoCD.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good networking knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Github runners and other CI/CD tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Python or Java in the context of CICD.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK and Grafana stacks.
- Certification in AWS or Kubernetes and experience with Backstage is a plus.
- Experience with kOps is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cilium CNI is a plus

As a Marketing Systems & AI Automation Manager at Recorded Future, you will play a crucial role in building the technical engine that powers our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role is a highly analytical, individual contributor position focused on architecting, automating, and optimizing our marketing data workflows to drive pipeline growth and improve outbound and inbound effectiveness. You will act as the bridge between marketing, operations, and sales by designing complex data enrichment processes, integrating APIs, and leveraging modern AI GTM tools to automate personalized outreach at scale. This role requires a systems-thinking mindset and deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS marketing automation, data orchestration, API integrations, and advanced workflow engineering.
What You'll Do:
GTM Systems & Workflow Automation:
- Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows to power marketing and sales outreach, routing, and engagement.
- Architect seamless integrations between our core marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and specialized GTM tools.
- Leverage tools like Zapier to automate manual processes and ensure real-time data flow across the GTM tech stack.
Data Enrichment & Outbound Engineering:
- Build and manage sophisticated data enrichment waterfalls using platforms like Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo to source and qualify target accounts and contacts.
- Utilize APIs and webhooks to pull in buying signals, intent data, and firmographic details to trigger automated GTM plays.
- Implement generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) within automated workflows to scale highly personalized outbound messaging through platforms like Outreach.
Marketing Data Strategy & Governance:
- Ensure strict data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Oversee critical data processes, including lead deduplication, routing, scoring, and audience segmentation.
- Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, and data teams to centralize data and enhance our marketing infrastructure.
MarTech Optimization & Technical Enablement:
- Continuously evaluate, identify, and implement new technologies to improve our GTM motion and automation capabilities.
- Troubleshoot complex system errors, sync issues, and API failures between the marketing and sales stack.
- Provide technical training and enablement for marketing and sales stakeholders on how to leverage new automated plays and insights.
Performance Analysis & Strategic Planning:
- Measure the success of automated GTM campaigns by rigorously tracking measurable outcomes, pipeline generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze workflow performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to relentlessly optimize data routing and campaign execution.
- Provide highly analytical, data-driven recommendations to leadership to optimize GTM efficiency and drive business growth.
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes with insights on system capabilities, database health, and automation scalability.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, or a related analytical field in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years working with modern GTM automation and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay).
- Hands-on experience building and scaling outbound GTM campaigns, specifically including list building, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and activation across systems.
- Strong proficiency in building advanced automated workflows using Zapier, or custom API/webhook connections.
- Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce), with a strong understanding of marketing-sales alignment.
- Highly analytical and problem-solving mindset, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for handling and manipulating complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical system processes and data workflows into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience writing custom scripts using Python, JavaScript, or SQL for advanced data manipulation and scraping.
- Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into outbound marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Hockeystack).
The base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000- $137,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. We are seeking an experienced Manager, Global Billing Operations to lead and scale our billing processes across a global customer base. This role owns the translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate, timely, and compliant billing outcomes, while also overseeing collections and ensuring efficient cash realization. You will partner closely with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales and Finance leadership to ensure billing processes are scalable, audit-ready, and aligned with business growth. This role requires a balance of hands-on operational execution, strong judgement, and process ownership, with a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Do:
Billing Operations & Collections
- Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle post-Closed Won, including billing setup, validation, and delivery
- Ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite to minimize downstream errors and revenue impact
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues, disputes, and exceptions
- Lead collections processes, including AR aging, follow-ups, and dispute resolution
- Monitor and drive performance against key metrics such as DSO, past due balances, and collection effectiveness
- Ensure timely and accurate cash application and reconciliation
Process Ownership & Optimization
- Own and continuously improve billing and AR processes to driving scalability and efficiency
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across systems and workflows
- Standardize processes across regions, entities, and customer segments
Cross-functional Partnerships
- Partner with Deal Desk and RevOps to a seamless transition from deal structure to billing execution
- Partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to resolve payment delays and escalations
- Collaborate with Revenue Accounting to ensure alignment with revenue recognition requirements and audit standards
Controls, Compliance & Audit
- Ensure billing and AR processes are SOX-compliant and audit-ready
- Own execution and documentation of key billing and AR controls
- Support external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with global tax, invoicing, and regulatory requirements
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Global Billing Operations team
- Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong Order to Cash experience
- Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of billing processes, invoicing structures, and collections workflows
- Experience operating in a high-growth, complex deal environment
- Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition considerations
- Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and third-party invoicing tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
- Exposure to Government portal WAAF, including tax and multi-entity environments
