As a Marketing Systems & AI Automation Manager at Recorded Future, you will play a crucial role in building the technical engine that powers our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role is a highly analytical, individual contributor position focused on architecting, automating, and optimizing our marketing data workflows to drive pipeline growth and improve outbound and inbound effectiveness. You will act as the bridge between marketing, operations, and sales by designing complex data enrichment processes, integrating APIs, and leveraging modern AI GTM tools to automate personalized outreach at scale. This role requires a systems-thinking mindset and deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS marketing automation, data orchestration, API integrations, and advanced workflow engineering.
What You'll Do:
GTM Systems & Workflow Automation:
Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows to power marketing and sales outreach, routing, and engagement.
Architect seamless integrations between our core marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and specialized GTM tools.
Leverage tools like Zapier to automate manual processes and ensure real-time data flow across the GTM tech stack.
Data Enrichment & Outbound Engineering:
Build and manage sophisticated data enrichment waterfalls using platforms like Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo to source and qualify target accounts and contacts.
Utilize APIs and webhooks to pull in buying signals, intent data, and firmographic details to trigger automated GTM plays.
Implement generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) within automated workflows to scale highly personalized outbound messaging through platforms like Outreach.
Marketing Data Strategy & Governance:
Ensure strict data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Oversee critical data processes, including lead deduplication, routing, scoring, and audience segmentation.
Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, and data teams to centralize data and enhance our marketing infrastructure.
MarTech Optimization & Technical Enablement:
Continuously evaluate, identify, and implement new technologies to improve our GTM motion and automation capabilities.
Troubleshoot complex system errors, sync issues, and API failures between the marketing and sales stack.
Provide technical training and enablement for marketing and sales stakeholders on how to leverage new automated plays and insights.
Performance Analysis & Strategic Planning:
Measure the success of automated GTM campaigns by rigorously tracking measurable outcomes, pipeline generation, and return on investment (ROI).
Analyze workflow performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to relentlessly optimize data routing and campaign execution.
Provide highly analytical, data-driven recommendations to leadership to optimize GTM efficiency and drive business growth.
Support annual and quarterly planning processes with insights on system capabilities, database health, and automation scalability.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, or a related analytical field in a B2B SaaS environment.
2+ years working with modern GTM automation and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay).
Hands-on experience building and scaling outbound GTM campaigns, specifically including list building, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and activation across systems.
Strong proficiency in building advanced automated workflows using Zapier, or custom API/webhook connections.
Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce), with a strong understanding of marketing-sales alignment.
Highly analytical and problem-solving mindset, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for handling and manipulating complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical system processes and data workflows into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience writing custom scripts using Python, JavaScript, or SQL for advanced data manipulation and scraping.
Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into outbound marketing workflows.
Familiarity with predictive analytics and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Hockeystack).
The base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000- $137,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. Recorded Future is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Field Marketing Manager for East. In this role, you will drive pipeline growth and customer retention by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns exclusively for our targeted accounts. You will integrate advanced digital and data-driven strategies with a deep understanding of our products to ensure high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with both technical and business audiences

What You'll Do:
Integrate with the sales, channel, and tech alliance teams, along with corporate marketing, to develop annual field marketing plans that support overall pipeline growth.
Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, paid ads, product marketing, and other channels to effectively reach and engage the market.
Plan, execute, and manage live field and partner events as part of the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to drive engagement and response rates.
Develop and implement a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, assets, and signage for field marketing initiatives.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaign ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
Manage budgets and expenses in an organized manner to maximize marketing impact.
Communicate and educate the sales team on new and planned marketing activities across global, regional, and local programs.
The majority of focus is dedicated to field marketing events (75%-80%) and in addition supporting and driving joint partner marketing activities (20-25%).
What You'll Bring:
7+ years’ experience in field and partner marketing initiatives; experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, multi-channel marketing, and inbound marketing strategy/execution.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and drive awareness and sales through strategic marketing programs.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to align tactical plans with overarching business strategies.
Proficiency with key marketing and sales tools (including CRM and marketing automation platforms).
Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.
