Opportunity
Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing multi-site manufacturing conglomerate. This will be an impactful role, and one in which you will enjoy working with industry veterans in a fast-paced environment with considerable learning potential and autonomy. This position will be responsible for providing end-users with advanced IT support for hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and connectivity. This position will also provide occasional evening and weekend support. Seeking an individual with a customer service focus, strong organization skills, and superb communication and problem-solving abilities combined with a solid technical expertise.

Principal Responsibilities and Standards
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems
- Designs, deploys, and maintains technical solutions to business problems with a focus on technology, documentation, and training
- Monitors, fixes, and solves hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, detailing problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Performs upgrades to server hardware, operating systems, and software to ensure the necessary levels of security, availability, and functionality of critically important services
- Implements appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures, including execution, testing, and security of regular backups
- Leads desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Coordinates with IT personnel across all Re:Build sites and external service providers
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience administering IT systems and resolving user issues preferred in a manufacturing setting.
- Professional experience (3–5 years), certifications, or personal projects demonstrating a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2012R2–2022), Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Entra ID, Azure, and PowerShell.
- Experience required with supporting CAD and Engineering software technologies such as SolidWorks, Catia, NX, and MATLAB.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies gained through 3–5 years of hands-on IT work.
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, AWS, and Azure.
- Exposure to scripting, programming, or query languages such as Python, Bash, C#, JavaScript, SQL, KQL, etc. is a plus.
- Familiarity with Linux and MacOS environments is a plus.
- Experience supporting critical enterprise software (e.g., ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems) is a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Location Requirements
- This position 100% on site with your time split between our office locations 0ribi and Answer Engineering, and at times The Den all located in the Denver, CO area
- 100% onsite rotating between these office locations
Compensation Package: This position offers an hourly pay range of $29.00–$44.00, dependent on candidate qualifications, skills, and experience. The role is also eligible for an annual cash bonus and equity participation as part of the total compensation package.

- Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint, Teams, and related tools
- Power BI for dashboards and reporting
- SQL Server or cloud-native databases
- SQL and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
- System and application integration frameworks
- Automating IT systems and processes
Demonstrated success in:
- Full lifecycle solution delivery (requirements → design → build → test → deploy → support)
- Working directly with end users and technical teams to understand processes and translate them into solutions
- Agile/Scrum development practices
- Deploying solutions across non-production and production environments

- Rapidly learning new technologies and applying them in practical ways
Preferred Experience

Location: We are seeking a hire that is commutable to our Merrimack, NH location.
Hours: Hybrid Work Week - 3 days in / 2 days remote

Who we are looking for
We’re seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and evolve the technology foundation that enables a positive, reliable, and productive end-user experience for all Re:Builders. This role blends deep infrastructure expertise with strong people leadership, emotional intelligence, and a continuous-improvement approach.

The Role
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the infrastructure team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and owning infrastructure design and architecture across Re:Build. This role ensures systems are secure, available, scalable, and performant, while continuously improving the way infrastructure services are delivered.
You’ll partner closely with business leaders, IT peers, and vendors to solve today’s infrastructure challenges and design solutions that support future growth.

- Oversee all infrastructure operations, processes, and service delivery
- Ensure service levels meet or exceed agreed targets; manage escalations and breached SLAs
- Own and lead critical incident management processes and post-incident improvements
- Support the team with incident resolution, service requests, and project execution when needed
Architecture & Engineering
- Design, review, and approve infrastructure architectures using a collaborative, business-aligned approach
- Lead design, build, test, and support activities for infrastructure solutions across the enterprise
- Ensure infrastructure standards, patterns, and documentation are current and effective
Continuous Improvement & Metrics
- Define, validate, and communicate important infrastructure metrics and performance indicators
- Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems using data-driven methods
- Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge base content; communicate changes effectively
Planning, Governance & Vendors
- Contribute to IT planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
- Ensure infrastructure aligns with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor end-user satisfaction and feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements
What you bring to the Team
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing infrastructure teams
- Current IT industry certifications are a plus

- Strong documentation skills (architecture, policies, runbooks, procedures)

- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively

Location: Wilmington, MA (hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Candidates must be local to the Wilmington, MA area or willing to relocate.
Compensation Structure: Base Salary target range $120K to $150K based on candidate experience, plus an Annual Cash Bonus and Long Term Incentive

Who we are looking for
The Senior Systems Engineer designs, implements, secures, and supports enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on senior role requiring deep technical expertise, strong operational ownership, and effective partnership with business and technical teams.
The role owns resolving operational issues while also leading infrastructure modernization and enterprise delivery initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments.

Escalation Support & Availability
- Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents involving hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, diagnose root causes, and implement permanent fixes to maintain uptime.
- Serve as the final resolution point for complex, high-impact technical issues.
Enterprise Projects & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, including system migrations, new implementations, upgrades, and modernization efforts.
- Design, configure, upgrade, manage, and solve systems across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Partner with collaborators to gather requirements, design solutions, implement changes, document outcomes, and complete operational handoff.
- Establish and enhance standard processes for system design, testing, implementation, security, and operational support.
Cloud, Identity & Collaboration
- Design and support solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), identity governance, and MFA.
- Support Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Defender.
- Integrate identity and access controls across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments, supporting secure authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access.
- Lead cloud and collaboration migrations, including on-premises to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, and post-acquisition integrations.
Endpoint, Server & Core Infrastructure
- Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise endpoint environments, including mixed or partially migrated deployments.
- Design, monitor and support Windows Server environments up to and including Windows Server 2022.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and core identity services.
- Administer virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
Hybrid, Multi-Environment Architecture
- Design and support hybrid architectures spanning on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Work within multi-forest Active Directory, multi-tenant Microsoft 365, and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware).
- Partner with software development and digital teams to ensure infrastructure enables secure, scalable solutions.
Networking & Security
- Design and support network infrastructure including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and access points.
- Administer and support Fortinet network and security equipment.
- Implement security-first architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Support regulated environments including Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud.
- Participate in environments where FedRAMP and other regulatory requirements may apply.
Automation, Documentation & Leadership
- Drive automation and scripting to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and fixing guides.
- Provide clear ticket communication and technical guidance to collaborators.
- Mentor and support other IT and technology teams across the organization.
What you bring to the Team
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
- 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments, including upgrade planning and mixed deployments.
- Experience handling Windows Server environments up to Server 2022.
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Exchange.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and hybrid identity.
- Experience designing and supporting hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience supporting regulated government cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and environments aligned to FedRAMP and/or ITAR requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document clearly.
- Strong experience in prioritizing leading competing workstreams.
Preferred
- Experience with Fortinet networking and security equipment.
- Exposure to OT networking in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Exposure to CAD systems such as SolidWorks.
Location and Work Week: Hybrid Work Week 3 days in / 2 days remote onsite at our Wilmington, MA location.
Compensation Range is a base of $80,000 - $135,000, plus annual cash bonus and long term incentive.

Who we are looking for
The Senior Systems Engineer designs, implements, secures, and supports enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on senior role requiring deep technical expertise, strong operational ownership, and effective partnership with business and technical teams.
The role owns resolving operational issues while also leading infrastructure modernization and enterprise delivery initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments.

Escalation Support & Availability
- Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents involving hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, diagnose root causes, and implement permanent fixes to maintain uptime.
- Serve as the final resolution point for complex, high-impact technical issues.
Enterprise Projects & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, including system migrations, new implementations, upgrades, and modernization efforts.
- Design, configure, upgrade, manage, and solve systems across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Partner with collaborators to gather requirements, design solutions, implement changes, document outcomes, and complete operational handoff.
- Establish and enhance standard processes for system design, testing, implementation, security, and operational support.
Cloud, Identity & Collaboration
- Design and support solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), identity governance, and MFA.
- Support Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Defender.
- Integrate identity and access controls across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments, supporting secure authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access.
- Lead cloud and collaboration migrations, including on-premises to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, and post-acquisition integrations.
Endpoint, Server & Core Infrastructure
- Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise endpoint environments, including mixed or partially migrated deployments.
- Design, monitor and support Windows Server environments up to and including Windows Server 2022.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and core identity services.
- Administer virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
Hybrid, Multi-Environment Architecture
- Design and support hybrid architectures spanning on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Work within multi-forest Active Directory, multi-tenant Microsoft 365, and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware).
- Partner with software development and digital teams to ensure infrastructure enables secure, scalable solutions.
Networking & Security
- Design and support network infrastructure including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and access points.
- Administer and support Fortinet network and security equipment.
- Implement security-first architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Support regulated environments including Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud.
- Participate in environments where FedRAMP and other regulatory requirements may apply.
Automation, Documentation & Leadership
- Drive automation and scripting to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and fixing guides.
- Provide clear ticket communication and technical guidance to collaborators.
- Mentor and support other IT and technology teams across the organization.
What you bring to the Team
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
- 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments, including upgrade planning and mixed deployments.
- Experience handling Windows Server environments up to Server 2022.
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Exchange.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and hybrid identity.
- Experience designing and supporting hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience supporting regulated government cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and environments aligned to FedRAMP and/or ITAR requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document clearly.
- Strong experience in prioritizing leading competing workstreams.
Preferred
- Experience with Fortinet networking and security equipment.
- Exposure to OT networking in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Exposure to CAD systems such as SolidWorks.
Location and Work Week: Hybrid Work Week 3 days in / 2 days remote onsite at our Merrimack, NH location.

The Role
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the infrastructure team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and owning infrastructure design and architecture across Re:Build. Who we are looking for
We’re seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP System. This role will support all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and implementation of new sites. This role will develop, test, and support technical solutions to ensure that business goals are met. This role will interact and collaborate with many team members to deliver the proper ERP services using voice of customer. Typical interactions include power users, functional leads, project managers, technical and support team.

- Deliver ERP system solutions to meet our business goals (solutions typically span system & security configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, Forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity, etc.)
- Understand and analyze all business requirements, i.e. functional, performance, availability, security, etc.
- Design ERP system solutions to meet requirements; participate in design reviews
- Configure and develop system solutions per design specifications, participate in code/configuration reviews
- Perform and assist in all required testing and remediation (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, etc.) to meet requirements
- Develop proper deployment packages to be deployed to appropriate target systems (within guidelines of segregation of duties)
- Provide proper ERP support, training, and maintenance:
- Provide ERP-related support (mainly Tier 3, but Tier 1 & 2 as necessary) for deployed solutions; provide proper troubleshooting to resolve complex issues to keep our business optimally running, keeping collaborators informed with regular status updates as needed
- Ensure proper monitoring and alerting for ERP related solutions
- Create and maintain system documentation/user guides; deliver training as needed
- Perform regular system updates & patching, where applicable
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Identify, contribute, and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including system optimization, processes, and self-performance
- Collaborate, mentor, and work with other teams to ensure all work is done with a systems approach and a one team mentality
- Finish the proper documentation, i.e. design, configurations, ticketing, work updates
- Provide timely and accurate estimates to complete work and updates on status of work
- Deliver all work within service level agreements/commitment goals and quality goals, following all company processes and policies
- Automate work via scripting and other methods
- Travel to Re:Build sites, as needed
- Other tasks, as assigned
What you bring to the Team
- Solid experience and demonstrated success with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies, including, but not limited to:
- CSI System Administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS CSI & prior Syteline 10
- Enhancements, Customizations, Implementations
- CSI Mongoose development, integration/APIs/ION, Forms development, Workflows
- Reporting, Infor Data Views, Infor Data Lake, IDOs, underlying data and structure, data warehouse, SQL, environment cloning
- Microsoft .NET, SQL Server
- Web Development ASP.NET/MVC, Web Services/WEB APIs, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
- Strong working knowledge of the business processes (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.) supported by CSI
- Solid experience and demonstrated success with delivering solutions to end users using industry guidelines:
- Analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, and support
- Agile/Scrum
- Structured deployment across non-Production and Production environments
- UI/UX best practices, especially across stationary and mobile computing devices (like using responsive design)
- Deep experience and ability to effectively work with both end users (non-technical) and technical team members
- Working knowledge and demonstration of security protocols
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply quickly in a beneficial way
Preferred knowledge and experience in the following:
- Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
- Basic networking
- ITIL processes

Who we are looking for
We’re seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP System. This role will support all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and implementation of new sites. This role will develop, test, and support technical solutions to ensure that business goals are met. This role will interact and collaborate with many team members to deliver the proper ERP services using voice of customer. Typical interactions include power users, functional leads, project managers, technical and support team.

- Deliver ERP system solutions to meet our business goals (solutions typically span system & security configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, Forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity, etc.)
- Understand and analyze all business requirements, i.e. functional, performance, availability, security, etc.
- Design ERP system solutions to meet requirements; participate in design reviews
- Configure and develop system solutions per design specifications, participate in code/configuration reviews
- Perform and assist in all required testing and remediation (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, etc.) to meet requirements
- Develop proper deployment packages to be deployed to appropriate target systems (within guidelines of segregation of duties)
- Provide proper ERP support, training, and maintenance:
- Provide ERP-related support (mainly Tier 3, but Tier 1 & 2 as necessary) for deployed solutions; provide proper troubleshooting to resolve complex issues to keep our business optimally running, keeping collaborators informed with regular status updates as needed
- Ensure proper monitoring and alerting for ERP related solutions
- Create and maintain system documentation/user guides; deliver training as needed
- Perform regular system updates & patching, where applicable
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Identify, contribute, and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including system optimization, processes, and self-performance
- Collaborate, mentor, and work with other teams to ensure all work is done with a systems approach and a one team mentality
- Finish the proper documentation, i.e. design, configurations, ticketing, work updates
- Provide timely and accurate estimates to complete work and updates on status of work
- Deliver all work within service level agreements/commitment goals and quality goals, following all company processes and policies
- Automate work via scripting and other methods
- Travel to Re:Build sites, as needed
- Other tasks, as assigned
What you bring to the Team
- Solid experience and demonstrated success with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies, including, but not limited to:
- CSI System Administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS CSI & prior Syteline 10
- Enhancements, Customizations, Implementations
- CSI Mongoose development, integration/APIs/ION, Forms development, Workflows
- Reporting, Infor Data Views, Infor Data Lake, IDOs, underlying data and structure, data warehouse, SQL, environment cloning
- Microsoft .NET, SQL Server
- Web Development ASP.NET/MVC, Web Services/WEB APIs, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
- Strong working knowledge of the business processes (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.) supported by CSI
- Solid experience and demonstrated success with delivering solutions to end users using industry guidelines:
- Analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, and support
- Agile/Scrum
- Structured deployment across non-Production and Production environments
- UI/UX best practices, especially across stationary and mobile computing devices (like using responsive design)
- Deep experience and ability to effectively work with both end users (non-technical) and technical team members
- Working knowledge and demonstration of security protocols
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply quickly in a beneficial way
Preferred knowledge and experience in the following:

Education and/or Experience:

We’re seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP System. This role will support all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and implementation of new sites. This role will develop, test, and support technical solutions to ensure that business goals are met. This role will interact and collaborate with many team members to deliver the proper ERP services using voice of customer. The Senior Systems Engineer designs, implements, secures, and supports enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on senior role requiring deep technical expertise, strong operational ownership, and effective partnership with business and technical teams.
The role owns resolving operational issues while also leading infrastructure modernization and enterprise delivery initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments.

- Lead cloud and collaboration migrations, including on-premises to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, and post-acquisition integrations.

Who we are looking for
We’re seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP System. This role will support all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and implementation of new sites. This role will develop, test, and support technical solutions to ensure that business goals are met. This role will interact and collaborate with many team members to deliver the proper ERP services using voice of customer. Typical interactions include power users, functional leads, project managers, technical and support team.

- Deliver ERP system solutions to meet our business goals (solutions typically span system & security configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, Forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity, etc.)
- Understand and analyze all business requirements, i.e. functional, performance, availability, security, etc.
- Design ERP system solutions to meet requirements; participate in design reviews
- Configure and develop system solutions per design specifications, participate in code/configuration reviews
- Perform and assist in all required testing and remediation (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, etc.) to meet requirements
- Develop proper deployment packages to be deployed to appropriate target systems (within guidelines of segregation of duties)
- Provide proper ERP support, training, and maintenance:
- Provide ERP-related support (mainly Tier 3, but Tier 1 & 2 as necessary) for deployed solutions; provide proper troubleshooting to resolve complex issues to keep our business optimally running, keeping collaborators informed with regular status updates as needed
- Ensure proper monitoring and alerting for ERP related solutions
- Create and maintain system documentation/user guides; deliver training as needed
- Perform regular system updates & patching, where applicable
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Identify, contribute, and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including system optimization, processes, and self-performance
- Collaborate, mentor, and work with other teams to ensure all work is done with a systems approach and a one team mentality
- Finish the proper documentation, i.e. design, configurations, ticketing, work updates
- Provide timely and accurate estimates to complete work and updates on status of work
- Deliver all work within service level agreements/commitment goals and quality goals, following all company processes and policies
- Automate work via scripting and other methods
- Travel to Re:Build sites, as needed
- Other tasks, as assigned
What you bring to the Team
- Solid experience and demonstrated success with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies, including, but not limited to:
- CSI System Administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS CSI & prior Syteline 10
- Enhancements, Customizations, Implementations
- CSI Mongoose development, integration/APIs/ION, Forms development, Workflows
- Reporting, Infor Data Views, Infor Data Lake, IDOs, underlying data and structure, data warehouse, SQL, environment cloning
- Microsoft .NET, SQL Server
- Web Development ASP.NET/MVC, Web Services/WEB APIs, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
- Strong working knowledge of the business processes (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.) supported by CSI
- Solid experience and demonstrated success with delivering solutions to end users using industry guidelines:
- Analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, and support
- Agile/Scrum
- Structured deployment across non-Production and Production environments
- UI/UX best practices, especially across stationary and mobile computing devices (like using responsive design)
- Deep experience and ability to effectively work with both end users (non-technical) and technical team members
- Working knowledge and demonstration of security protocols
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply quickly in a beneficial way
Preferred knowledge and experience in the following:
- Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
- Basic networking
- ITIL processes
- Manufacturing environments and Lean Manufacturing processes
- ITAR, EAR, CMMC, CUI, & similar regulations/frameworks for information control
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (or related field)
- 5 plus years of hands on experience, specifically working as a CSI/Syteline Developer is required

The Role
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the infrastructure team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and owning infrastructure design and architecture across Re:Build.
