You will be part of a team responsible for delivering technology solutions that support global regulatory reporting and compliance requirements. The team works closely with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across multiple regulatory regimes with a strong focus on the US.
Your future role at QRT:
- Act as a Technology Business Analyst supporting regulatory reporting and compliance workstreams.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear business requirements, data mappings, and actionable JIRA tickets for development team.
- Support global regulatory reporting obligations with strong focus on US regulatory regimes.
- Partner with technology teams across development, testing, and implementation to ensure regulatory intent is accurately delivered.
- Support incident analysis, remediation, and root cause investigations related to regulatory reporting.
- Work with internal platforms and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Coordinate and drive delivery across Tech, Operations, Trading, and Compliance under strict regulatory timelines.
- Support UAT, validation, and business sign-off for regulatory reporting changes.
Your present skillset:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Regulatory Reporting or Compliance Technology
- Solid understanding of regulatory reporting concepts (trade reporting, transaction reporting, valuations)
- Hands‑on exposure to US regulatory reporting obligations
- Hands-on experience on FIX based connectivity protocols for gap analysis (venue vs firm’s FIX dictionary)
- Ability to translate complex regulatory rules into structured, testable requirements
- Experience working in incident‑driven, time‑critical environments with high regulatory scrutiny
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and detail
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to challenge ambiguity and incomplete requirements
