Why We Have This Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive based in Hong Kong who will own all sales activities within their assigned territory. You will lead prospecting, lead generation, sales calls, and manage the entire sales cycle—from proposal to contract negotiation and deal closure. Your impact will be measured by meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional integrity, quality, and customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Directors and the marketing team to grow Qualtrics’ footprint across key industries including mid-size to large companies, governments, NPOs, and academic institutions.

Why We Have This Role
This role exists to help mid-market organisations in Thailand accelerate their experience management maturity and close critical customer and employee experience gaps. By leveraging Qualtrics’ industry-leading, ready-to-deploy Experience Management (XM) SaaS platform, this position partners directly with Commercial customers to turn experience data into measurable business outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding Qualtrics’ footprint in Thailand by guiding customers through strategy, adoption, and value realisation—working closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence senior decision-makers, and fluency in Thai to build trusted, long-term relationships that drive growth and customer success.

Why We Have This Role
We are seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to expand Qualtrics’ presence across Hong Kong. This role is critical to driving new business and growing our customer base by selling the Qualtrics Experience Management platform to leading enterprises, governments, NPOs, and academic institutions. You will work closely with local and regional teams to execute territory sales plans and build meaningful, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders and end-users. Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin, coupled with business-level English, will be vital to succeed in this diverse market.
