Founding GTM Engineer
Proton is building the AI infrastructure for wholesale distribution, embedded in the workflows that move nearly every physical product on the planet. Revenue Operations is the engine room of Proton’s go-to-market. We’re hiring our first GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale the systems that power it: the data, workflows, dashboards, and AI-native infrastructure that make every BDR, AE, and CSM faster every quarter.
This is a senior IC role. You’ll write the workflows, build the dashboards, and ship the systems yourself, partnering closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, CS, and Finance. Today, much of this work runs through an external agency. You’ll absorb that scope, exceed it, and go far beyond — into clean data architecture, forecasting, deal desk, comp, and AI-native ops that compound over time.

More opportunity for a product marketer to make a real impact. We’re looking for a strategic product marketer who knows how to turn product into pipeline. You’ll own go-to-market for new capabilities, sharpen our positioning in a competitive space, and arm Sales with stories that win.You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and work closely with Product, Sales, and our CEO. From day one, you’ll be executing on the core pillars of product marketing—positioning, messaging, enablement, and launches.We move fast, bias hard toward action, and stay close to the customer. If you want real ownership and the chance to directly shape how a startup makes the leap from product to platform, this is the role.
Comp: $160k-$200k
