How you will shape Prophero:

You’ll act as a Product Engineer for a key area of PropHero’s experience—owning and building our Property Management tools end-to-end—working cross-functionally to design, develop, and ship solutions that digitalize and transform how real estate assets are managed.

• Own the product lifecycle: From ideation and prototyping to production and iteration. You’ll not only define what to build, but actively build and maintain it.
• Drive product discovery through experimentation: Work closely with users and stakeholders, rapidly prototyping AI-driven solutions to validate ideas and uncover real pain points.
• Build and ship features end-to-end: Design, develop, and deploy scalable features across web and backend, with a strong focus on speed and quality.
• Leverage AI as a core capability: Integrate LLMs, automation, and data-driven systems to streamline property management workflows and unlock new user value.
• Think in systems and architecture: Design robust, scalable, and maintainable systems, making pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed and long-term quality.
• Own outcomes, not just output: Monitor performance, iterate quickly based on data and feedback, and continuously improve the impact of what you build.
• Be close to the user: Whether it’s an internal operator or an end customer, you’ll deeply understand their workflows and build tools that make their lives significantly easier.

What you will bring to our team:

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, product engineer, product manager or similar role, ideally in fast-growing startups or product-driven environments.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills: you are comfortable building full-stack applications and shipping production-ready code independently.
• Experience working with AI: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, or data-driven systems is highly valued.
• Product mindset: you think beyond code, understanding user problems, prioritizing effectively, and focusing on delivering real impact.
• Solid understanding of system design and software architecture, with the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs.
• You are data-driven: comfortable measuring impact, iterating based on metrics, and running lightweight experiments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills: you work effectively with product, design, and business stakeholders.
• You speak Spanish fluently and have at least an intermediate English level, to collaborate across teams and markets.
• Experience working in a remote, multicultural, fast-paced environment is a big plus.
• Process Optimization and Low-code mastery, you know how to map user pain points and automate workflows using no-code/low-code tools to build internal MVPs and document efficient processes quickly.

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Vistral Squad, the team that builds and evolves Vistral, PropHero's internal operations platform. Vistral is the backbone of our day to day operations: the tool our Ops, Wealth, and Revenue teams use to manage properties, track settlements, coordinate with partners, and execute across Spain, Ireland, Indonesia, and Australia.

Designing for internal tools is a distinct discipline. Your users are expert operators who live inside the product for hours every day. They need speed, clarity, and workflow efficiency above all else. A screen that eliminates 10 minutes of friction from a daily task is a bigger win than a beautiful one that slows people down.

You'll work in a team that embraces AI as a core part of the design and development process. That means using Claude, Stitch,Weave,  Figma and Figma Make as everyday tools to move faster and more consistently   not as a novelty, but as a genuine shift in how a product gets built. You'll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and the internal users themselves to ship real operational improvements.

How you will shape Prophero:

• Lead end to end design of new features and improvements for Vistral, from concept (user flows, wireframes) to execution (high fidelity prototypes, production handoff).
• Design for expert internal users (Ops, Wealth, Revenue teams): prioritise information density, workflow efficiency, and zero friction interactions over decorative polish.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Figma Make, Stitch, Weave) as an integrated part of your daily workflow  generating first-draft screens, structuring design briefs, and refining UX copy faster than traditional methods allow. You'll be supported with structured AI workflows already in place at PropHero.
• Explore emerging AI to Figma workflows (such as programmatic design generation via API integrations) as the tooling matures; this is a genuine frontier and we expect you to be curious about it.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and the ops users themselves. You'll spend real time with the people using the tool, not just reading tickets.
• Own and evolve our Design System, maintain Design Tokens, reusable components, and the Figma component kit that ensures consistency across Vistral as it scales.
• Conduct qualitative research with internal users: workflow shadowing, usability tests, and process interviews to identify friction and validate design decisions.
• Champion usability and accessibility  as non-negotiables, even in internal tooling.
• Contribute to product strategy  not just executing, but shaping what Vistral becomes

What you will bring to our team:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer in a digital product environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma  components, variants, auto layout, prototyping.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining Design Systems with Design Tokens and reusable components.
• Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards , and responsive design.
• Ability to plan, execute, and interpret user research.
• Experience designing complex internal tools, dashboards, or data heavy interfaces is a strong plus.

• Intermediate to advanced English  required to work with our international team.

How you will shape Prophero:

The Real Estate Supply Specialist sits at the heart of PropHero's investment pipeline. You are the person who transforms raw property opportunities — sourced by external scouts and suppliers — into thoroughly validated, investment-ready projects that can flow cleanly into our rental or sales operations.

This role demands rigour, ownership, and an eye for detail. You will be the last line of quality control before a project moves forward, responsible for ensuring that every legal, financial, and operational dimension has been properly assessed and documented.

• Evaluate and triage newly assigned real estate investment opportunities, applying defined criteria to assess viability before deeper analysis begins.
• Review and validate all incoming project documentation — financial models, investment analyses, title deeds, contracts, and due diligence materials — ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify gaps or red flags in financial projections or legal documentation and coordinate corrections with the relevant internal or external parties.
• Manage the end-to-end relationship with property scouts and external suppliers: receive incoming opportunities, filter them against PropHero's investment thesis, and facilitate their structured handover to internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain investment desk materials including project summaries, internal presentations, and pipeline tracking documents.
• Draft, review, and follow up on contracts and agreements related to project acquisition and supplier engagement.
• Ensure that every project passed to the rental or sales teams arrives fully documented, clean, and approved — nothing moves forward until it meets the standard.
• Support continuous improvement of the supply intake process, flagging inefficiencies and proposing workflow improvements.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience in real estate operations, investment analysis, project management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of real estate financial fundamentals — ability to read, challenge, and validate a financial model.
• Familiarity with the legal aspects of property transactions (due diligence, title review, contract management).

• • • Support the Product and Tech teams in the day-to-day execution of product operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

    • Help document, analyze, and improve internal product and operational workflows to support scalability and operational excellence.

What you will bring to our team:

Experience & Background:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Data, Operations, or a related field.

• Interest in Product Operations, Technology, or working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Previous internship, academic projects, or exposure to tech or product environments is a plus, but not required.

General Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to structure information, document processes, and work with data.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Identify, visit, and evaluate potential properties that meet PropHero’s investment criteria.
• Conduct preliminary assessments on location, neighbourhood trends, and rental potential.
• Capture photos, videos, and key property data during on-site visits.
• Build strong relationships with local agents, owners, and developers to access off-market opportunities.
• Provide concise, structured reporting on each property, including risks and red flags.
• Collaborate with the acquisition and analytics teams to confirm suitability and pricing assumptions.
• Track and maintain an updated pipeline of properties in assigned areas.
• Monitor local market activity to identify new opportunities quickly.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience in real estate, property scouting, field acquisition, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of property assessment fundamentals (location quality, structural basics, pricing signals).
• Ability to conduct on-site visits independently and gather complete, accurate information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with agents and owners.
