Wir suchen eine:n engagierten Property Manager:in (w/m/d) für eines unserer Partnerunternehmen in Berlin. Die Nachfrage wächst und damit auch die Verantwortung. Du übernimmst eigenständig die Betreuung eines wachsenden Immobilienportfolios, steuerst Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Mieter:innen, Dienstleister und Behörden. Du denkst in Prozessen, erkennst Optimierungspotenzial und bringst eigene Ideen ein, die das Property Management auf das nächste Level bringen.

Sei verantwortlich für:

• Die eigenständige Verwaltung und Betreuung des Immobilienportfolios
• Die Beauftragung und Begleitung von Instandsetzungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
• Die fachliche Betreuung von Mieter:innen, externen Dienstleistern und Behörden
• Die Verwaltung von Miet- und Dienstleistungsverträgen inkl. Datenpflege und Nachbearbeitung
• Die Koordination und Überwachung des Mietforderungsmanagements sowie die Abwicklung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen
• Den Aufbau eines aussagekräftigen Reportings an das Management
• Die kontinuierliche Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des Immobilienbestands mit konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen
• Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Ankaufs- und Verkaufsabteilung bei Kunden- und Mieterübergängen
• Die Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Prozesse zur Optimierung des Property Managements

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung sowie fundiertes Wissen im Miet- und Vertragsrecht
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative
• Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und sicherer Umgang mit Mieter:innen und externen Partnern
• Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Gespür für technisches und wirtschaftliches Optimierungspotenzial
• Deutschkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau. Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on our customer needs
• Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations

Your Profile: 

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• You have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• You are data-driven with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• You have experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence
• You are fluent in German (C1 or above)
• You have scaled logistics operations across different countries
• You have a strong commercial mindset
• You are independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility
• You are entrepreneurial and hands-on, fast-paced is in your DNA
• You are a strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders

• Create internal dashboards to monitor team performance and operational metrics

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop and maintain regular reporting on key operational KPIs across logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain functions, presenting insights to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage and control all operational payments, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Track and monitor bonus-relevant KPIs for the entire operations team, supporting transparent performance management and incentive calculations
• Create and implement standardized operational controlling frameworks and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational metrics and performance trends
• Collaborate with department heads across logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain to define, track, and optimize operational KPIs aligned with business objectives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on operational performance, cost controls, and financial health of operations
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality checks and audit procedures across operational controlling processes
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for the operations department
• Recommend and implement process automation and system improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality

Your Profile: 

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1–5 years of practical experience in business analytics, operational controlling, or a related field
• Strong background in data analysis and business intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies
• Proven experience in operational controlling, financial controlling, or operational finance
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficiency in Excel/GSheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Excellent command of English (required), German language skills (a plus)

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for advanced data manipulation (a plus)
