About The Role 

• You will act as the primary owner of a base of tech-touch customers and create a customer lifecycle journey for customers in this group. 
• You will be amongst the first product specialists in this relatively new role, and therefore be able to help develop and craft the strategy. 
• You will be responsible for the research, planning, coordination, and execution of launching tech-touch customer success service programs to drive on-boarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion. 
• Drawing on usage data and other information, you will craft a segmented approach to engaging and providing self-guided solutions to tech-touch customers. 
• Once established, you’ll continue to optimize consumption, adoption and monitor measures to understand how we’re doing and how we can learn and improve. 
• You will help our tech-touch customers feel valued and supported through targeted emails, health scores, usage triggers etc – creating a tailored yet scalable approach to customer success of this segment of customers. 
• You'll have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally (Product, Carrier-facing teams etc.) and support your teammates on projects and through knowledge sharing. 
• You'll contribute to the product input feedback process to ensure constant and valuable customer input is available to the team and advocate and prioritize as required. 
• Shift Timings: 4pm IST to 1am IST (You will be managing North American customers)
   

About You 

Basic Qualifications 

• 5+ years relevant work experience in a Customer Success Tech Touch, Product Specialist, or Project Management role 
• Experience working in SaaS companies
• Experience working with Logistics Service Providers (LSP)

About the Role

• We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst, Data Science, to drive analytics for ML-powered products at project44.
• This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data Science, and Operations, with a mandate to define how ML systems are measured, evaluated, and improved in production. You will own the analytical frameworks that connect model performance to product outcomes, ensuring our AI capabilities deliver measurable business impact.
• You will work on ambiguous, high-impact problems, designing experiments, evaluating models (offline and online), and shaping product strategy through data. This is not a reporting role. You are expected to operate as a thought partner to Product and Data Science, influencing decisions and driving outcomes.

• Staff Data Scientist to lead the development of next-generation AI/ML systems at Project44, spanning ETA, risk, anomaly detection, and supply chain intelligence. Description:    

project44 is looking for a Software Engineer - Backend to join our engineering team. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment designing, building, and implementing best-in-class integrations to accelerate how project44 connects to the world’s logistics networks.   

 Key accountabilities: What you'll work on   

• Build state-of-the-art integrations to expand our ever-growing network of connected carriers and customers.   
• Manage integrations through their life cycle.   
• Operate, maintain, and improve the supply chain visibility platform owned by the team.   
• Building systems in a multi-cloud environment. We use AWS and GCP but value experience in other cloud environments such as Azure.   
• Work with and align with cross functional teams to solve challenging problems.   
• Share ownership of all facets of software delivery, including development, operations, and test   
• You will assume on-call responsibilities for systems (together with the team) that are built and owned by your team.    
• You will invest in tools, monitoring, and automation to improve on-call experience for everyone on your team.   

 Qualifications:   

• 2-5 years professional experience building large scale and real time or near real time cloud systems.  
• Strong programming and debugging skills, with proficiency in Java.  

Experience in:   

• Building systems in a multi-cloud environment. We use AWS & GCP but value experience in other cloud environments such as Azure.   
• Creating and working with scalable Java-based micro-services.   
• Working with databases (preferably Postgres or other SQL based DB)   
• Event stores and stream-processing in Kafka or Kinesis.   
• Working in an agile software development environment.   

Desirable and helpful (but not necessary) are experience in   

• Experience with investigating large and complex codebases 
• Creating API's/web services: REST, OpenAPI/Swagger is a plus.   
• Container-orchestration: Docker & Kubernetes   
• Enjoy database related work: DynamoDB, MongoDB, Postgres.   
• Analytical approach to problem solving.   
• Personal drive and maintaining a high pace - while taking responsibility for things working.   
• Willingness to vocalize your ideas and pick yourself up if you get knocked down.

What you’ll be working on:  

• Manage several engagements concurrently, potentially between 10 – 15 clients depending on project size    
• Deliver our software solutions in time and on budget, being on top of project status and always driving issue resolution forward    
• Manage various multi-national projects simultaneously and engage cross-functionally with stakeholders such as product management, engineering or network resources to achieve your project missions    
• Manage financial metrics and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans    
• Present solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics    
• Adhere to project44’s company standards, guidelines, policies and procedures  .  

Requirements & Skills:  

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role or at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Experience in the field of freight forwarding and supply chain management strongly preferred    
• Proven track record of working for internally operating clients with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team    
• Must have excellent English, proficiency in French, Spanish or German are nice to have.   
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation    
• In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as ERP, CRM or SCM    
• Monitoring projects progress and oversee project contributors, ensuring that scope, planning, milestones, budgets and overall goals are met    
• Strong client service and/or management consulting experience    
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus, attention to detail and results orientation    
• Willingness to work during customer’s operating hours outside of standard office hours. 

In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office 5 days weekly. 

Working Hours: Typically between 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM, with flexibility for time zone alignment.
