About the Role
This is a foundational role responsible for building and scaling the sales operations function at PHM. As Director of Sales Operations/Enablement, you will partner closely with the VP of Sales to design the systems, processes, and enablement infrastructure that drive revenue growth and team effectiveness.
You will own the operational backbone of the sales organization, enabling the VP of Sales to focus externally on customers, deals, and pipeline growth. This role is highly cross-functional and requires someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, remove friction for the sales team, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and performance.

Sales Process & Playbook Development
You will define and continuously refine the sales process, ensuring alignment across the team. You will build and maintain a living sales playbook that evolves with the business and reinforces best practices.
Sales Enablement & Training
You will lead ongoing training initiatives, including sales methodology adoption, skill development, and reinforcement of best practices. You will ensure the team is equipped to execute effectively in market.
Sales Technology & Systems Optimization
You will own the sales tech stack, including Salesforce and supporting tools, identifying gaps and driving improvements. You will partner with Business Operations and IT to enhance integrations, functionality, and usability.
SDR Team Support & Development
You will support and guide the SDR team on targeting, messaging, objection handling, and execution. You will help build structure and consistency in their workflows and performance.

Compensation
The target base salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 base salary with OTE of $168,000 - $204,000.
This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes: health/dental/vision benefits, annual cash incentive program, 401k with match, flexible PTO, PHM for PHM (our services for you and your dependents) and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
Location
This is a remote role requiring that you live in and physically perform all work in the United States.

As a Senior Sales Executive, Employer Solutions, you will be on the front lines driving new business across a defined region of the country. You will lead complex, consultative sales efforts with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers, positioning PHM as a trusted partner for supporting employees and plan members facing serious and complex conditions.
This role is ideal for a proven seller who thrives in high-impact environments, wants to capitalize on significant unmet market demand, and is motivated by both mission and results. You will leverage your existing relationships and credibility in the employee benefits ecosystem while helping to expand PHM’s distribution channels and accelerate growth in our employer business.
You will work closely with PHM leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close new business with personally accountable for hitting (and exceeding) your sales targets armed with meaningful influence, visibility, and autonomy to help shape PHM’s commercial growth.

You collaborate closely with PHM leadership to define and execute targeted go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and partnership approaches.
Building Pipeline
You are constantly thinking ahead — developing new opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and maintaining a healthy, forward-looking pipeline.
Being the Voice of the Customer
You stay deeply engaged with the market, gathering insights from prospects, customers, and partners and sharing that feedback internally to influence product, positioning, and strategy.
7+ years of demonstrable, sustained success closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales in the employer benefits ecosystem
Established relationships and credibility with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, or related partners
A passion for full-cycle sales, including prospecting, qualification, consultative selling, and closing
A proven ability to operate as a self-directed, high-accountability individual contributor
Comfort selling independently while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presence
Experience selling point solutions into the employer market is strongly preferred
Background working with employee benefits leaders, consultants, and/or brokers
Preference for Candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones

Compensation
The target compensation for this position is $150,000-$350,000 annually inclusive of base salary and on-target commission. Many factors will influence this compensation and final compensation may be higher or lower than posted. Commission is uncapped.

About the role
As an Associate Clinical Director at PHM, you’ll help patients in their deepest moment of need to challenge the status quo and go beyond the standard of care to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
Working from your home office, you’ll serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager collaborating with team members through our process to uncover opportunities to improve your client’s care. Team members may include additional clinicians, PhD scientists who mine the medical literature to identify data-supported care options, and care coordinators who manage care-related logistics. You will utilize your clinical expertise and curiosity along with your tenacious problem-solving skills to ascertain the key issues that must be addressed, identify and engage with top experts, and guide patients to optimized care plans. In collaboration with your personal care team colleagues, you will explore specialized diagnostics to better define the underlying mechanisms and array of treatment options beyond the current standard of care.
Cutting through the barriers inherent to our chaotic healthcare system, you enable patients to access an unrivaled level of personalized care and attention while guiding them to the best possible treatment plan available.
