Requirements
Experience & Skills
2+ years experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or brokerage environment
Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets
Familiarity with trading platforms
Python scripting skills — ability to write and maintain automation scripts for monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks.
SQL skills — writing queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) against trading and client databases for investigation, reporting, and anomaly detection.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability
Excellent communication skills
Working Conditions
