Job Summary
As an Associate Account Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value opportunities at new enterprise accounts. Leveraging your deep understanding of our solution suite platform and industry expertise, you will strategically engage with key stakeholders to articulate the value proposition and tailor solutions to meet their unique business needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading enterprises, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the continued success and expansion of our company.

Annual base salary gross: 150,000-175,000 plus matching variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees. Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales prospecting, initiating the follow-up and first outreach with potential customers. Inbound sales activities will take precedence over outbound in this specific role. They will conduct cold calls, follow up via email using Sales Enablement technology and using social selling to help book meetings. BDR’s will also take the first high-level exploratory call with prospects and pass qualified opportunities to the Enterprise Sales team using BANT methodology. They will be responsible for expanding our customer base by using prospecting strategies and technology to identify new opportunities. Business Development Representative’s will work closely with Account Executives and enjoy working with cross functional teams, especially Marketing, Sales Operations and Product. They will report to the Business Development Manager.
