As an Account Manager for Romania, you will manage and grow our existing customer base in one of our most dynamic markets. You’ll work closely with construction professionals, consultants, and decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner who truly understands how construction projects run – from the construction site to the boardroom.
You’ll nurture long-term relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure they get maximum value from our software solutions. From onboarding support and regular check-ins to renewals and expansion opportunities, you’ll own the entire customer lifecycle. Working hand-in-hand with internal teams, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience while developing a deep understanding of both our product and the Romanian construction market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong construction background who wants to move into (or further grow in) a commercial, customer-facing role within a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up.

Among other things, you will:
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in Romania, acting as their trusted point of contact and long-term partner.
- Consult and advise clients on how to best use PlanRadar to improve construction and real estate workflows, based on their real project needs.
- Pitch and present PlanRadar to key stakeholders and C-level executives, on-site and online, using a tailored and consultative approach.
- Drive account growth by managing renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and working towards clear targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, reduce churn, and consistently enhance client relationships.
Who you are:
- You have a solid background in construction (e.g. project management, site management, engineering, consulting) or experience selling ConTech / construction-related solutions.
- You understand construction processes, key stakeholders, and the realities of working on-site and across multiple projects.
- Sales or account management experience is a plus, but not a must – motivation to learn and grow in a commercial and client-facing role with software solutions is essential.
- You are a strong communicator who can consult stakeholders, build lasting relationships, and clearly explain solutions.
- You are comfortable working with targets and take ownership of your results.
- You are fluent in Romanian and business English, willing to travel as needed, and hold a valid class B driving license.
