The Solutions Consulting team is the face of the company during implementation and ongoing growth. Our team helps our customers by solving problems, designing and scaling solutions, incubating new products, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients' business and technology stakeholders to implement solutions that enable their success on the Placements platform. Since our clients have unique needs, you will have exposure to a wide variety of projects, and no two days are alike.
Based on customer requirements, you will provide consultative recommendations on how to best use and configure the Placements platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the solution design and system deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria agreed upon with the client. You will configure and present tailored product demonstrations to customers throughout various implementation and end-user training.
You will also work with internal teams to ensure customer success and will serve as a customer advocate with our product team. You will need to exhibit a strong combination of analytical prowess, technical aptitude, and business judgment.
Solutions Consultants must possess excellent technical and business consultative skills to create client intimacy and to act as a trusted advisor. You will demonstrate your understanding of the scope of the project, map business functional requirements to system/technical requirements, and ensure alignment of planning and solutions with client business goals, while managing expectations related to scope of work. This role requires excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must quickly become an expert in the functional and technical aspects of Placements.io product and related integration points. Candidates must be a skilled presenter of product features and benefits related to the customer and their business needs.
This position reports to the Vice President of Professional Services.
Bonus: Experience in Ad Tech space is a plus.

Placements.io is building the operating system for modern media revenue teams. As we continue to scale our platform and invest in AI-powered capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive product strategy and execution across core initiatives—particularly those leveraging LLMs and generative AI.
This role is based in the NYC metro area and will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for AI- and LLM-powered features
Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements
Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, customer interviews, and data analysis
Partner closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Prioritize initiatives and make thoughtful tradeoffs to maximize customer and business impact
Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance
Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications:
4–10 years of total professional experience
5+ years of product management experience
Currently (or recently) operating as a Product Manager or Product Lead
Direct, hands-on experience building or managing LLM- or AI-powered products
Strong experience with B2B SaaS products, ideally in enterprise environments
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM partners
Based in the New York City metro area
Nice to Have:
Experience in high-growth startups and/or established technology companies
Technical background, including a CS degree or prior engineering experience
Experience with generative AI, NLP, or machine learning products
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B products

The Position:
We are looking for a Intermediate Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Taipei. In this hybrid role (three days per week in office), you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our advertising technology platform. You’ll work alongside a talented team and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support our clients’ evolving needs.

Our tech stack includes
The Engineering team tackles a wide range of challenges—from big data and system scalability to improving user experience. You’ll have opportunities to work across the stack or specialize deeply in backend systems and integrations.
Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical specifications.
Implement backend logic to support AI-enhanced features like automated workflows and intelligent data reporting.
Optimize system performance and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, knowledge sharing, and maintainability.
Conduct testing and debugging to maintain a stable and secure platform.
Stay informed on backend and AI technology trends to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong backend development experience, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or a similar backend framework.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Familiarity with frontend technologies (React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Experience or interest in working with AI/ML-powered systems, tools, or APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in the digital advertising or martech industry is a plus.
