What you’ll do
Pindrop is looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst, a critical role for an individual who desires outsized business impact and redefining landscapes. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, this role will ensure Pindrop’s financial, strategic, and operational objectives are achieved. We are excited to have you join our team if you desire creating impact and have superpowers in the following areas:
- Excellence in financial modeling and insight extraction
- Process Improvement, Reporting Automation, and Data Fluency
- Team Collaboration and Impact
- Enhance and own corporate financial models, including 3-statement modeling, to support short-term and long-term planning with inputs from topline drivers, functional assumptions, and strategic initiatives
- Drive core FP&A workstreams: monthly forecasting (e.g. revenue, billings, expense) and BvA variance analyses, annual budgeting, finance calendars, financial reporting, etc.
- Manage financial planning tool (i.e. Drivetrain AI) and system enhancements and data integration across various enterprise systems (e.g. NetSuite, SFDC), ensuring alignment among core FP&A workflows, chart of accounts, and process documentation
- Analyze and track financial results, key operational and SaaS metrics and industry benchmarking, and ROI spend efficiency, identifying risks and opportunities to influence enterprise outcomes
- Conduct deep dives into corporate finance activities, such as capital structure evaluation, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, while delivering ad-hoc analysis to support Management and Board decision-making and investor relations
- Assess the financial impact of new initiatives, opportunities, and accounting policy changes
- Support corporate development initiatives, including IPO readiness, equity fundraising, M&A, strategic partnerships, and due diligence, through detailed research and analysis of industries, partners, and investment strategies

Your skill-set
- 4-6 years of total professional experience required: 3+ years of combined experience in Technology investment banking, Tech VC, or Tech PE experience with 2+ years of high-growth B2B SaaS company experience within Corporate Finance highly preferred
- Advanced modeling skills and spreadsheet operations, including charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc., with both Google Sheets and Advanced Excel required
- Demonstrated proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization (i.e., SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and financial planning tools (i.e., Drivetrain, Netsuite, Adaptive, TM1, etc.) BigQuery is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Statistics/Data Science or equivalent experience required
- Proven ability to create financial and operational models with an understanding of Enterprise SaaS/Usage-based models and operational metrics
- Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events, such as IPO, M&A, private fundraising, etc., preferred

Account Manager
What you’ll do
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
- Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
- Manage existing relationships and grow them
- Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI-driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions
- Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies to deliver annual sales targets
- Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
- Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation, and contract signing process
- Working with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
- Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
- Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies in order to successfully sell
- Ability to present the full solution and conduct product demonstrations to customers

- Success closing license sales deals of 7 figures or more and experience with Complex contract managementExtensive experience in Account Management, growing existing business, and nurturing relationships Experience selling a complex product to executive buyers
- Ability to qualify a prospects need and/or challenge that can be solved by implementing our product given their budget, timeline, and authority
- Must be able to self-prospect to build qualified pipeline and also work collaboratively with a BDR
- Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
- Ability to work closely and cross functionally with engineering, marketing and product management as well as experience working with partners and alliances, and other internal stakeholders
- Must possess the appropriate level of math and analytical skill required to construct a financial business case
